    A really wish to know why in the article I see the term "effective" but you use the term "constructive"??? Please THANKS A MILLION. It's a great video.

    Useful information, but disagree that the types of feedback are 'levels' in a progressive ladder. Would like examples of types of each feedback type. It was very fast.

      You can actually make the video faster if you hit the settings button and change the playback speed! :)

    Agree with other comments, spoken WAY too fast. This is only comprehendible if you set it to play at 0.75X speed, but it drives me crazy and sounds unnatural

    Feedback: GREAT info and engaging graphics. WAY too fast, gives no time to read or process info and is spoken too quickly.

      Agreed. I was trying to absorb and I just kept thinking, Whoah, slow down. Great information but I kept having to pause it.

    a great video but wow, you speak waaaayyy too fast!! this is the first time i've ever commented on a youtube video, but this was so bad with the fast delivery i felt I had to!
