i related to kieran a lot as an autistic person... the outbursts, the fixation on the ogre, not knowing how to express his emotions correctly so he just separates himself from everyone, carmine saying she doesn't know what she's gonna do with him or why he acts this way, being afraid of speaking to people, becoming easily very attached to someone, etc... it all hit very close to home
Well I think he's more just hit the limit of what he can take and just... snapped. I was bullied a lot as a kid and eventually I just hit a breaking point a straight up slugged a man. Poor kid probably hit the same limit, I mean Carmine seems to be pushing him a lot, though not much more than the usual Big Sister/Little Brother affair, but he's also socially stunted- And then he finally makes a new friend, then his big sister comes around and 'steals' his new friend and you and Carmine seemingly leave him behind to go make friends with the Ogre he always admired since a kid. Yeah I can't really blame him for snapping, but I still worry about just how far he's gone- He's starting to push away you and Carmine, the only two people he can consider friends so he no longer has anyone to lean on as support (Or give him a good Force Palm to wake up)
This dlc was so fun, I just beat the main story a few minutes ago, also even though I brought my main game team near the end of the story I barely beat the last 3 boss battles and even lost a few times.
Honestly, I feel a bit bad for Kieran. he really wanted to be ogerpon’s partner but we took that from him (honestly I would’ve just let him have it if I had the choice) on top of that, his sister wasn’t nice to him throughout his life and he feels like ogerpon would be the one who can relate with him and understand him. Now he joins the club of “trainers with dreams crushed by the protagonist” all he really wanted was a friend :( and now resenting the protagonist. I could see why Kieran would react like this. I also kind of liked him as a character but I don’t wanna see him become evil in the next dlc😭
To be fair, some of us have forgotten Shiftry was a Dark type since it's been a while since we saw a Shiftry being used by a trainer and to be honest Shifty doesn't quite look like a Dark Type. Heck I personally constantly forget Stunky is a Dark Type.
I think I want to nickname the Ogrepon Ogremon mainly because they sound similar. Also Ogremon came from an old Digimon game I played as a kid and the name reminded me of that.
Quick question about the dlc. Do you guy think that once the other part is out there going to make cards to put codes to play them, like for sword and shield? Because i feel like it would be safer (my opinion).

Sure, maybe a few would’ve been open to the possibility that Kieran was right, but not the entire village, especially if they’re going by the word of a pre-teenager/teenager. Not to mention, the reason Carmine and Kieran’s grandfather was so guarded in the first place was because their ancestor literally did the same thing as Kieran, and he was lambasted for it. I love the fact that Keiran cheers slightly less rigourously during the Ogerpon encounter.
He doesnt cheer at all xD
cant wait til you post the song so i can listen to it on repeat at work.
Funny how im doing another playthrough of Johto during this
Why not hoennnnn
@@joywashington9539johto better

How can people already Finish the DLC that Fast 😅
@@Ghostfacenintendops5gamer1991it's short af
i related to kieran a lot as an autistic person... the outbursts, the fixation on the ogre, not knowing how to express his emotions correctly so he just separates himself from everyone, carmine saying she doesn't know what she's gonna do with him or why he acts this way, being afraid of speaking to people, becoming easily very attached to someone, etc... it all hit very close to home
So Kiki became the b*tch at the end? 'Cuz at the beginning his sister was one😂
Right 😂
She was racist lel....
It looks like a Pokemon baby of Oshi no ko with star eyes as it ⭐️⭐️
Which character? Ai Hoshino? Because yeah, it has Ai’s eyes.
I feel bad for lying to him (not our fault tho) but he became very selfish towards the end
Yeah I can't really blame him for snapping, but I still worry about just how far he's gone- He's starting to push away you and Carmine, the only two people he can consider friends so he no longer has anyone to lean on as support (Or give him a good Force Palm to wake up)
You know kieran bout to be in his villain arc when he changes his hairstyle.
lol your Garchomp's named Volo while mine is named Cynthia XD
Make them stop...
Make the Pianos stop!
Honestly this dlc was pretty cool I had fun and also bosses finally have held items 👌
Kieran my boy 😭😭😭😭
😭😭😭 I was so sad when he got distant I love this boy
This dlc was so fun, I just beat the main story a few minutes ago, also even though I brought my main game team near the end of the story I barely beat the last 3 boss battles and even lost a few times.
2:13 Mom come pick me up I’m scared
I was so hyper but it was finally out!
*Ogerpon: Has 4 phases.*
*Me: Has Lvl 100 S-Calyrex Modest Grim Neigh Unnerve Specs Tera Ghost Astral Barrage*
Ogerpon: *Bruh…I’m done to this balloon-fused horse.*
I think I saw those rocks in Age of Empires III, 20 years ago
Kieran will be the champion when we go to BB Academy in DLC 2. Its almost certain.
that psychic was game changer
Oh so that's what it without the mask
I hope there was an option to let him keep Ogerpon... I actually feel kinda bad for him.
This fight was awesome. I did it before beating the game and it was leveled around mid game levels(like around medali gym levels)😊
It just came out, how are you already there 🤯
Bro i was going through this dlc and at the end of it i was like why are these siblings obsessed with the player character
Question: Why? Is? Ogerpon? Is? So? God? Damn? *CUUUUUUTE?!?! 😍*
That psychic into a 1hp dark type was weird lol
I'm kinda jealous of you since you already beat this game and beyond while I'm still stuck with just 2 Gym Badges...
I feel Kieran is gonna be the champion for the second part of the DLC. Dude is mad strong
This aged well
Kieran is on his villain arc
so basically Ogerporn is basically the Avatar or Alatreon from Monster Hunter
I’d say Terapagos compares a bit better with Alatreon
To me, I find the Ogerpon battle to be emotional. When it said "Memories of a partner from long, long ago, grant Ogerpon with strength!" 😢
Hop: I feel you mate 😔
This man used psychic on a dark type 💀
To be fair, some of us have forgotten Shiftry was a Dark type since it's been a while since we saw a Shiftry being used by a trainer and to be honest Shifty doesn't quite look like a Dark Type.
Heck I personally constantly forget Stunky is a Dark Type.
So this pokemon can only terrastalise to fire, water, and rock only?? But in exchange the mask is the one who will change?...
Same as Arcues with plate but limited
@@benji7449and then there’s Terapagos
At least it can Tera into water.
Better than nothing i guess
And so, his villain arc commences.
... psychic against Shiftry? Mixeli u ok?
Some people forget Shiftry is part Dark type because it doesn't look part Dark type.
I think I want to nickname the Ogrepon Ogremon mainly because they sound similar. Also Ogremon came from an old Digimon game I played as a kid and the name reminded me of that.
I just saw that Ogrepon was a girl and called her Ompu...cause it was cute.
they are both based on ogres/ japanesr oni
We literally ruined this kid’s career and life.
Quick question about the dlc. Do you guy think that once the other part is out there going to make cards to put codes to play them, like for sword and shield? Because i feel like it would be safer (my opinion).
I like it better without the mask
Max from Temtem:
- a rival who defeat you twice
-joins an evil team because he’s jealous of you even though he beaten you twice and has a shiny Temtem
-supposed to feel sorry for him when he gets knocked off an island.
Kieran from the Teal mask DLC:
For y’all saying y’all feel bad for Kieran not getting Ogerpon, if I recall correctly, we’re the ones who put in the grunt work in getting back its masks, even after Kieran learned the truth.
But didn't Kieran help the town realize their mistakes? It's a very gray character and I love it.
@@crosonyconnecterDude I think Kieran did the hard work here...yeah we defeated 3 pokemon on titan like form...but this dude convince an entire countryside village to *realize their generational history was wrong* and that in the time it took us to beat 3 big pokemon.
@@Light14Liliumand that highlighted a plot hole for me… how could it realistically take a span of hours for folks to forgo generations of misinformation? We all know that would never happen.
So, nah… we still put in the hard work and on top of that, Ogerpon really wanted her masks.
@@tmc31390 Its pokemon, where the mafia can be knock down by a ten year old, literal GOD can be enslaved by another ten year old and in this installment, you can enter a fusion of primary/middle school and be a grandpa in a school uniform.
@@Light14LiliumWell to be fair, I think there is a bit of an unspoken rule when it comes to the criminal side of the Pokemon world.
If some kid just beat you in a Pokemon battle then you either surrender or run, because you don't have any Pokemon and this kid still has a Garchomp that looks more than happy to fold you like an omelette. Possibly more.
SO THE MASK IS A SHIELD
AINT NO DAMN WAY NOW THIS IS SOME EPIC SHT
