He uses so many words but none actually describe a feature in apartment. For example one of the bedrooms had a book match marble wall, another had wooden panelling, the brand the appliances that were used or even describing the type of doors were used for the balconies are they pocket doors etc.
the bathrooms are so well designed wont feel like coming out only :P

Rafique bhaijaan, it would have been good if you showed us the ground floor entrance and lobby area of the building like you normally show in your videos. The flat is just magnificent, hope the building also is of the same level.
Anyways, this is just the suggestion - i am in no way a position to even think of buying such an expensive property :)

where is the dry area?how to sit in the balcony,all the compressors are hanging in the balcony.
The bedroom should have some privacy. Guest can look through the bedrooms sitting in leaving area. Also the bedroom entry from kitchen is a bad idea , a maid or cook can walk in the bedroom while working in kitchen. Beaut interior but I didn’t like the structure at all.. not worth of 9.5 CR for sure.
