Discussing design idea for themed art quilt competition | quilting techniques for art quilts

I made this art quilt to enter the Australasian Quilt Convention competition in 2019. The theme that year was 'Magic'. This quilt depicts a scene from William Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', where King Oberon of the fairies and his servant Puck apply love potion to various characters.
I thought I would share this art piece as the Queensland Ballet is currently dancing 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' at the Playhouse in Brisbane. A beautiful, funny and inspiring performance by all!
