Such a wonderful message. It was just what I needed to hear today. I’ve allowed fear to creep into my life. I find myself running away from things in my life. I’ve starting isolating. I find myself somewhat indecisive lately wanting someone else to tell me what to do. I’ve been feeling very fatigues lately. I’ve not been taking good care of my holy temple as I want to.
I can see by what Pastor Rick has shared I can see that my emotional tank is low. Time to get deep into God’s word and refill my tanks I can fulfill God’s call on my life. Thank you so much for encouraging me today and as I go forward.

Turned against me! Almost like they didn’t want me to be happy. I felt a sense of jealousy from them. When I realised that people that I’ve been close to and loved all my life , turned out to be my biggest enemies, it threw me into uncontrollable depression and anxiety and I felt so alone. These people wernt jus friends, they were blood relatives. My mum ,my cousins ,my brother and sister. My own blood and it absolutely killed my spirits. No matter how much success I achieved, I felt empty because all I truly wanted was love and respect from them. Now I’m paying the price for daring to be happy , and I’ve never felt so alone. God I cry out to you as you’ve all I’ve got left. Please relieve me from this pain and heal me, in Jesus name. Amen xx
Sometimes our family is so dysfunctional, we need to build another family from godly friends.

Hoping you're doing better. God does love and each one of us. And it is true that some of us have to cultivate our own families in Jesus. Jesus did that for himself.
Youre were brought by Jesús into God's family. He's your big brother and your brothers and sisters in christ are you family. Of course they're still you blood relatives and you should pray for them but you can get support from your faith family

God did bring me this message. I was doing my cardio and I watch UA-cam to keep me distracted. I made myself do the cardio when I really just want to crawl into a hole due to being exhausted emotionally. This message was spot on. I do need prayers. I find myself being negative and arguing points due to my pessimism and doubt. Too many times I feel I have had to fight to make it. I wonder “why” is life so hard? I love the Lord. I work 15+ hours a day but it never seems to be enough for my finances. I pray daily and fully admit I need the Lord and can’t do it on my own. Prayers for me and my business please.

Wow, I guess I must have had a bad case of this, and didn't even know it! I try so hard to reason it all away, and constantly criticize myself! I also feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders..and I am the general manager of the universe...lol..I feel so guilty sometimes about taking rest I was even sick last week and just powered thru!...But this is really good! This message is for me. I listened to it when I was emotionally tired, and I was near hopelessness, but aS I continued listening there was a point where I was laughing because I could see myself in Elijah especially when he was going not knowing where, when he didn't have a plan, and in the end I am happy to learn that God understood why I felt the way I was feeling , and Pastor Rick Warren you made it sound so gentle that I now know that God is so gentle to us and He is so loving and kind. Oh what a counselling room full of mercy and grace!! I feel refilled in my tank.

1/30/23- this is exactly what I needed to hear. I’ve been in a job for an entire year, about a month ago, I realized that I was on the verge of burnout, but didn’t think I could take off because I thought the company needed me. But had planned on taking a medical leave on the week on Feb 6, 2023. Well on Friday they called me into the corporate office to let me know they were eliminating my position! All I could do was smile! Human Resources asked me why I was smiling and I told her. “Well I’ve never known GOD to take anything away from me and not come back in with an upgrade for me!” But just as I couldn’t figure on my own how to take time off, I began to feel guilty about being off work for a “whole entire day”, (today/Monday), but I just heard Pastor Rick say GOD will make you rest your body, so now I’m releasing the guilt of not immediately looking for another job. I’m going to take a week off and just concentrate on GOD and have him refill my tank! Thank you for posting this, I really needed it.

This message is so timely. I am currently experiencing similar thoughts about my marriage. It has been happening for a very long time. I feel so hopeless in it. maybe I am emotionally drained. The characteristics described are exactly my thoughts. I have the scars to show for it. I have been this way for a while. I made some very bad decisions because of this. I pray for those who are also experiencing emotional fatigue. it is truly a horrible thing to experience. a person can destroy their entire life from it.

There are so many different doctrines preached these days. Even modern prophets have different prophecies concerning the same issues or individuals, confusing many. I stop listening to what the modern prophets have to say long ago. Sometimes they are accurate, many other times they are not accurate. God is perfect, he makes no mistakes. True prophets who truly hear from God, they are true to the last letter. Confess your sins to God not to human. Human cannot forgive sins.
This message helps when facing all kinds of problems and feel like giving up.
