@@dva5610 if you think flip flops and a house are comparable then I really don’t know what to say. Maybe you’re very rich and have lots of houses, but most of us only have one, if we’re lucky.
if you're looking for a good shoe repair spot in NYC, I would highly recommend Hector's in Greenwich Ave. I left NYC a decade ago and am still looking for something as good, as cheap and as trustworthy.
I've been thinking of getting the Khaite sandals. And I'm so excited to see the Tabi boots; I'm waiting on mine but I got the lug sole version. I think these boots without the heel are less "cow-like" lol For loafers I'm eyeing the Bottega with the knot hardware detail. So pretty!

A word of warning regarding the cos cashmere sweater!! I bought the navy one last year and loved so much I even considered buying a backup - which I’m glad I didn’t because it started pulling immediately. This is the worst quality sweater that I own! I literally have to comb it every time I’ve used it so it will likely be worn down in a year or so… I noticed they’ve come out with more colours this season so be warned (:

Had to stop at leather jacket. the amount of animal products you buy without any thought to how it’s “made” is sad. It’s 2024 and people should be way more ahead than this - just like you (hopefully) wouldn’t buy fur.
