Hello mam we miss live section mam kyun ki Mam aap jo live session mein baat karte hai toh aise dikhta Hai ki aap samne baithkar hamen yoga sikha rahe ho Aisa nahin ki mam aap hamen recording record section ke liye bhi Ham ok Hain lekin jo aap baat karte ho na mam to bahut achcha dikhta Hai aur interest bhi badh jata hai ki yoga exercise karne mein abhi jo recording section mein han recording section hai na bad mein kar sakte hain aisi feeling aati Hai Parna mam live session jal se shuru kijiye I miss you a lot man❤❤❤

Mam weight gain karne ka koi yoga bataiye. Me bahut pareshan hu me 35 years ki hoon but weight abhi bhi 40kg hi hai.Jis wajah se me abhi bhi collage girl jaisi hi dikhti hu. Please help me mam😢😢😢
