Great job on bringing that old girl back to life. I just got one at a garage sale for 20 bucks. It runs great but the chipper blades are done. In my area we have ethanol free fuel at the gas station. I always use it in my small engines and it doesn't eat up the fuel systems.
Carburetor sounds like it to be adjusted. If you are seeing sparks or flames coming out of the muffler, it's running lean. Sounds like it's running rich. A correct adjustment will give you greater performance and efficiency. Great job going through the engine.
Thank you. Enjoyable comments on futility of being organized all the time! The duck would like to meet my workspace menace, the goat! I appreciate this direct approach to getting the job done. I have the same product and will be attempting the same repairs. Good guidance here.
Loved the vid, and i loved more with the mistakes you made, and you included them in the vid to,, definitely the best iv seen as you dont hide your mistakes, and on top of that you showed how to repair something with veru hard to get parts to , iv subbed due to this bid, all the best paul
