Yeah Mick Foley straight up quit doing commentary because he just couldn’t stand Vince’s behavior. Jim Ross said he was only used to it because he worked for Bill Watts who had a similar yell and scream style.

Because Vince is a ruthless, intelligent businessman. No one else has been able to consistent make money in the wrestling business for generations. Vince has made billions. His work ethic and business intelligence is second to none. Creatively that’s a different story

@@dantegood2195 I'm not so sure about the intelligent businessman part.
Don't get me wrong, he changed culture more than a lot of people on this planet and made a lot of money.
But it was STRICTLY to do with his core business which he got via a very sweet deal from his father who grew that business and audience FOR him. EVERY side business venture he tried outside of wrestling failed miserably.
He has so much in common with Donald Trump it's genuinely creepy.
However where they differ with me is there will always be a part of me that will love Vince Mcmahon because I was part of the Hulkamania generation.

I definitely wouldn't say that. There are barely any stars. Lackluster story lines that are drawn out too long and countless wrestlers not showing up to work week by week, which tanks the show's quality. WWE is only "better" now if you like normal guy esque jobbers and stars only wrestling on PLE's.
