I can be your teacher! check out my website. Once this virus clears up I will have monthly seminars, or you can take my online course now! www.tjdillashaw.com
I broke my backbone and recovery is going to take long period of time so currently I can't train, but these videos substitute my trainings. Good job TJ.
Amateur boxing champ here,as a boxer,ı like to say of course punch power is important, but for k.o. most important thing is unseen punchs, your body gives reaction every single moment in fighting,so imagine if you dont see the punch, and your body and mind not ready for this,so what will happen ? Probably k.o. Why we trick our opponents during the fight ? because we trying to catch him unguard. Basic examples : *Over hand, above from opponent jab *Head game,Forcing opponent for high guard, when he fully focus for head strikes, going for liver punch *Slip below their haymakers and hit *Uppercut!!! jump(footwork) opponent right side or left and get the chin

yea sure the punch you don't see coming will hurt you the most but i don't think that's the point. He seem's to just be showing how to open your hips and shift your weight into a punch properly. He mentions the kinetic chain there is power in the motion. That's all good stuff and can transition into learning how to "whip" your punches instead of forcing them which is very important.
Thanks for sharing champ..... let the person that's never made a mistake cast the first stone.....you're a real champ for admitting your mistakes and bouncing back in a positive helpful manner....thank you

U WOT M8 for Conor McGregor I would say cowboy and Frankie Edgar is the easiest fight out of everyone else that he could match up against. Sure Cowboy has skills but he’s on the decline and being stopped in his previous 2 fights, killed any momentum he possibly had. My top 5 rankings would go Khabib, Tony, Conor, Justin Gaetche, and Porier.
Another excellent video by one of the best in the game and definitely the best in the world in his division! Keep em coming and jeep enlightening and teaching the world my friend! You are truly an inspiration and I KNOW there are HUGE things coming in your future!

Force = MASS x Acceleration. People focus more on speed and forget to put their mass into the punch. This is very important to know because your opponent could catch you with one.

@@nohairdontcare8803 Tj has amazing cardio, wrestling, jiu jitsu; very good high and low kicks; Best footwork in MMA( with Domick Cruz); knockout power with both hands; he finds angles to strike that no one in UFC finds( maybe Wonderboy). You can say that Jones is the most complete, but he doesn´t have the strike ability that TJ has. Not even close!
I'd rather watch TJ fight any day of the week tho. Cruz did win a split decision by doing far less damage in the fight. Impressive. TJ still the beat 35er ever.
From what I’ve read a really good way to get super hard hitting power is to use these extra strength hand grips, climbing using only your hands and forearms and when throwing a punch you should use your hips and last but not least take performance enhancers and get tko’d in the first round

this is why sucker punches are so effective. everyone has knockout power, as long as the person doesn't see it coming.
