this is pure gold ....awesome but Nous'che and Nonnie do some magic to keep it together around the 2.20 + mark as Stochelo just drifts a little! ....love it sooooh much....x
Never saw or heard of these guys until two or three weeks ago. I used to think Larry Carlton was a great guitarist. Not that he isn't. But, I mean, jeeez, you know? It took 54 years for me to discover this?!
@Sabouma28 it's because the rhythm guitarist messed up the form at the beginning of the solo, and the bassist was reminding the soloist, and then on the 3rd chorus stochelo accidently lost the form too... they still sound awesome though, and they listen to eachother so to most people, it doesn't sound like a mistake... great musicians and it's great to see they're human too! it happens and they dealt with it like superstars
If you like this, look up some stuff of Jimmy Rosenberg. A nephew of Stochello Rosenberg (the lead guitarist). Totally hooked on drugs but a fantastic (even more fantastic) guitar player.
There's a comment by awfulguitarplucker that says the Hungarians would be critical of mistakes. But the whole point of Sinti Music isn't perfection it' spirit. And the Rosenbergs have the spirit and that's what counts, not mistakes or perfection.
that is too bad. is it because there is actually no recording? or because the recording is hard to get/not possible to publish? It's originally from Duke Ellington's big band, is it not?
Zseniális muzsikusok,nagyszerű zenei élmény ! Gratulálok !
These guys have an exceptional sense of rhytm, and an awesome style! These guys are the few ones to play jazz well.
Ahh thank you , love
Amazing job with that rhythm! Love the light muted strums filling in for percussion. Such a huge sound.

Szerencsések voltak akik hallhatták őket, élőben. :)
Nousche's right hand is like a machine!
