I feel sad for Bartosz, he was being used all his life, his best friend took his girlfriend, and after, killed her, also, the fact that he never met his grandmother and he wasn't with his mother in her last minutes, also, if you think about it, Silja never fell in love with him, she just was there because of Adam that promised her the paradise, and he knew what his son would become in the future, and got killed by him, damn, he didn't deserved all of that
He did meet his grandma but other than that i agree with you his life was very sad
Adam(Jonas), Magnus, and Franciska played Bartosz because they realized he was their great grandfather. Once he had kids, he became expendable.

I never expected Bartozs to be part of this. I used to think he would get killed (by an irrelevant character, not his own son) or would just end up living a normal boring life. XD
None of the characters in the four main families of Winden led an insignificant lives. Each one of them was a part of something bigger.

@@Takisfueg0 Well, it was a cycle. Everyone was playing their part in the loop. You are right about Bartosz though. Never expected him to be Noah's father even though there were physical similarities between the younger and older Bartosz. Even more surprising was death by his own son.

It seemed like Noah was just trying to spend time with his family - searching for Charolette, taking care of Elizabeth or paying visits to Bartoz.
We have to wonder if Siljia really loved Bartoz or if she was just using him to further Adam’s plans. We know she worked for Adam and was likely brainwashed by him before this.
Silja believes in Adam and Elisabeth (adoptive mother). She is still a pawn but believed in their ideas. Despite her being placed there on purpose it seem she did loved Bartosz; he appeared to definitely love her, too.
I think she was also sent there so Adam could pacify Bartosz by giving him someone to love. As Bartosz was upset about being stuck in the past and she gave him a reason to stick around. When Silja names their children Hanno and Agnes, Bartosz realizes that his children are apart of the loop and feels saddened of this realization.
It also seemed that Noah cared about his mother and was saddened by her death. Noah once again feels hesitant to follow through Adam’s plan to kill his own father as the rest see that he has lost his faith and could be a problem in the future. Noah even sorta whimpers and looks like his going to cry when his father says interesting that he sent you to kill me. Noah hears a sound in the near distance so it shows that being watched by someone so he then completes his tragic mission.
Even when the young Noah and older Noah talk at the church both are showing tears as they are still processing their grief of losing their last parent.
If you ignore all the mystery, supernatural stuff, sci fi, and everything great about Dark and read it as a highschool romance Jonas wins back Martha through convincing her they relationship is "written in the stars", they are perfect for each other and she should never believe anything different, and Bartoz ends up 2nd place and truly screwed over with children that will betray/leave him thinking that Jonas/Adam is "cooler". All despite being the only one to call out Jonas' deception. Not a good or satisfying view but kinda funny.
Egon is actually the origin of the 4 families, silja is his daughter and bartosz his great-grandson

When they name him Hano I thought he becomes H.G.Tanhhaus and thus he learning about the time travel and the two worlds were created

In Adam and Eve's worlds, Regina met Aleksander only because of the bullying by Ulrich and Katarina. In the origin world, not existing Ulrich anymore, such a thing never happened. It is likely suggested that probably Aleksander exists (or existed, and noted that when he meets Regina in the Adam/Eve worlds he is heavily wounded, in the origin world by 2019 he could be dead already) in the origin world too, but never met Regina

But anyone knows why did she named the baby "Hanno Tauber" not "Hanno Tiedemann" with the last name of Bartozs? Then Agnes is "Agnes Nielsens". Why?
Agnes Nielsen may be because Agnes "husband or partner" was the unknown (the bad guy), who was son of Martha Nielsen.
Or maybe Agnes just took that last name because she knew that this was what the future expected of her.
About Tauber.. I dont remember... maybe that was the fake last name that Bartozs took in the past.

In any case, she was the one who mention that she was married with Tronte´s father.
We know who Tronte´s father was.. And mostly in that time women always carry the last name of their husband.
She could not be marry to someone without name.. it would not be allowed.
And if the unknown should have a last name, that Lastname would be Nielsen for sure.
So it does not matter what perspective we choose, if Agnes choose that last name because she suppose to.. or if she took it because her marriage was real..

I still don't understand why Bartosz (sp?) looks so disappointed when he learns Silja wants to name their son, "Hanno." Even if he makes the connection with the name "Hanno" becoming "Noah," the only interactions he's had with Noah were in 2019 or 2020, I don't remember which. And nothing horrible happened then. All that happened...if I remember right...is that Noah gave Bartosz some predictions which came true, and Noah gave Bartosz the time machine. That was about the extent of their interactions, right? Bartosz would not know at this point that Noah would end up killing him in 1921. What am I missing? Thanks.
I think he just realized he doesn't have any free will, his destiny is to have a child who will grow up then will teach his younger version about time travel. He's stuck in the past. Martha doesn't like him back etc. He just understood that his life is a endless loop and got sad how things turned out.

Let's also not forget the fact the Noah is not one of the most cheerful person in the planet like initially when you see him for 1 and a half season he looks dead behind his eyes. And legit a scary man who hasn't led a happy life. Now bartosz has seen that and knowing the fact the your child in the future will turn into a shell of a man, it can mess you up
The Tiedarman and the Nielsen are the same familie. I dont know in which exact moment they lost their last name because Noah dont use Tiedarman nor Agnes
Because the Unknown is a Nielsen (as Jonas wasn't around to raise him and never took his surname) and married Agnes

Hanno is Noah's real name Adam only calls him that to falsely trick him into thinking he is some kind of prophet (a form of manipulaiton from Adam) and Noah only kills his father most likely because Bartosz wasn't much of a dad due to him knowing the monster his son would grow into, Adam used this estrangement between the two to poison Noah's mind and turn him into his pawn.
