These chefs are amazing. They should be recognized more for their professionalism and for what they do for the customers pleasures in eating their food. I certainly wish I could be there. Wonderful to watch however, and makes me ever SO hungry.

Por favor onde encontro destas farinhas temperada aqui no Brasil 🇧🇷
Olá, não sei qual farinha perguntas, não assistí tudo ainda, mas, normalmente eles usam pão amanhecido ralado sem casca ou farinha panko (Que vem a ser a mesma coisa porém é industrializada, mas é MARAVILHOSA), não é temperada, talvez o que você pense ser tempero seja alguns pedacinhos da casca do pão. Você encontra a panko em mercados maiores, não sei de onde é mas Carrefour, extra, Assaí atacadão. Grande abraço e ótima semana.

You should put your camera into the hot oil as well to get the shot of all the oil molecules while its frying food. You need to be closer and into the oil to get that zoom in close up shots.
Korean Taiyaki (or their version of it) would have made my very traditional Japanese relatives lose it. They’ve always loved how pretty taiyaki is, and it was their favorite part. This version looks like the fish was run over by a car 😅
