I enjoyed it more than the other two seasons. King George and Queen Charlotte were both FANTASTIC AND GRIPPING FROM ONE EPISODE TO THE NEXT. Young Lady Danbury was great and provided much more depth to the current Lady Danbury. It was beautiful to know that Brimsley experienced love himself. There was humour provided by them as well as a love for both the king and queen by both Reynolds and Brimsley. The whole cast did not disappoint
I think the Dowager Princess thought that Charlotte would be one of the biracials who can “pass as white” so she could have her cake and eat it too but she noticed Charlotte, though very light skinned, is undeniably biracial in her skin tone and features. Thanks for reacting to this series! ❤
The emotional journey these two episodes take us on is so sick and twisted of the writers, especially knowing how the next two go. Episode 4 in particular is my favorite!
19:32 Fifteen originally - actually that might have been a slip on the researchers part. Amelia (the one mentioned in season 1) the 15th of them died in her early 20s, the 13th and 14th children (both boys) died in the same year when they were 2 and 4. Rumour has it each death George II's mental state progressively worse, some saying that he kept talking to them like they were there.
This will definitely become your new hyperfixation - it’s absolutely mine. I loved this so much more than OG Bridgerton, and that’s saying a lot since I adore K&A so much. I hope you end up enjoying this as well.
I’ve already watched the whole season so seeing reactions to the 180 turn of events in ep 1 just gives me life lol! No one expected that, your reaction was so funny. It’s really a sad situation tho
6:28 She's saying that like the royal family wasn't actually from Germany themselves - England ran out of Kings and Queens so they brought over the Hannovers, the closet living Protestant relatives to the most recent monarch Queen Anne, from Germany a few generations before this story began. I don't know if they actually had any Catholic relatives closer to the throne but they wouldn't have taken them with them anyhow.
Fun fact, when the Hannovers (George I, Queen Anne's second cousin once removed) inherited the throne, there were 50 catholic relatives with a stronger claim to the throne, but due to the 1701 law, it could only be passed to a Protestant.
@@NessephanieAMV Was wondering if something like that was the case - just didn't know it would be that many closer relatives. Either way, they're hardly the ones to talk about 'our family' or about 'English styles
if you remember the King from the 2 seasons of Bridgerton, you might have some sense of where this is going. the next 2 episodes will explain everything... trust me 😢
My first time watching. Your reactions are hilarious and I love the edits from Drag Race😂. Definitely watching the rest of this season with you. BTW-I'm with you. George charms her into marriage and then into his bed. Then he flips and disappears. So confusing at this point.
I LOVED your reaction. It was literally mine when I started the show. I hope you'll continue to watch it, you'll really be moved by this spin off. personnally I think it surpassed the main Bridgerton story.
Season 1 is really good, and Queen charlotte series also very good, don't get me wrong season 2 was good, pretty decent (i know tv show or movie that worst than it). But it's not hit harder than season 1 and queen charlotte prequel. Even for myself in season 1, i don't care so much about anthony story. And in s2, him and kate relationship is not the best for me, i more interested in eloise, penelope, and colin drama than anthony, kate. But i glad they make anthony and kate story in s2. If they make them in s1, it will be boring for me, and if they wait until later season just for that storyline..... so, i glad they make it in season 2
Same here. I actually hate-watched it after the first episode. And then the jizz arrived. And then season 2 was released and I decided to check it out. Magnificent.@@elenadehaan6549
trust me, by episode 4, everything makes SO MUCH more sense with George and it is so beautiful and heartbreaking😭🥹
I'm not ready AT ALL

“ALRIGHT TWINKS LETS GO” had me cackling. Much love ❤

Episode 4 is very emotional. Makes you see everything in George's perspective...

Just wait till ep 4 gurlll... His pov was soooo heartbreaking💔
I’ve been looking for a good commentary for this show and here it is!!!
Your hair is so gorgeous! it matches your eyes so much. And the color coding with the dress color? perfect color for you
Thanks doll!!
I'm so weak i would fold so quickly for George
I'd like to think I won't... but who am I kidding??

I beg keep it up! Your reaction was great! New sub for sure.
These EDITS?!!! 🤣🤣🤣
😏
18:59 can someone explain please
aka she didn't give her 'the talk' lol
Hmmm, the queen and Danbury... I was more into the idea of Danbury and Violet (not so sure where I stand there atm)...
Out of interest: I’ve been looking at your previous videos and there is no other Bridgerton stuff. Was it before you started the channel?
unfortunately yes 😭
I think she should only have 12 living children (out of 15) at this point.
First he complains she isn't talking and then he tells her to shut up.

I agree. For me personally I'd rank Queen Charlotte my favorite so far, then Season 1 the Season 2
Yea, Season 1 and Queen Charlotte are the best.
The best Bridgerton story is still Bridgerton Season 1
i found season 1 to be the worst tbh

I agree, Season 1 is the best. But Queen Charlotte is pretty good.
@@elenadehaan6549 I agree that it was the worst up until season three came 🥲
