  • Are you ready to fill your freezer with chicken Dump & Go Crockpot freezer meals? Making this meal plan, only took us about 90 minutes to put together and it only cost me $190 from Walmart.
I did have my 8 year old son helping me, which was mostly helpful, but did slow us down in some instances. :) He thrives on one on one time, so doing it together was awesome!
We made the following 5 recipes four times. (So we quadrupled them).
    1. Chicken Tacos
    2. Chicken Noodle Soup
    3. Mississippi Chicken
    4. White Chicken Chili
    5. Teriyaki Chicken
The plan for these meals is to use them any time we're in a pinch for a quick meal. I'm also planning to take 5 of them to my son and his 2 room mates at college. Plus, now I'll always have a stash to pull from if any friends have babies or surgeries. It's just so helpful to keep a running stack of meals going! They feed our family of 8, but I always say they feed 6 adults.
These meals came out of my Bulk Chicken Cooking Plan. I used the first week, and it included a shopping list and assembly instructions, but I did quadruple it. You can read more about that plan here: www.sidetrackedsarah.com/prod...
The baggie stands that I am using are here: amzn.to/2ZuI5Ej

And check out my blog, Sidetracked Sarah here www.sidetrackedsarah.com/ where I share lots and lots of Instant Pot Meals, Slow Cooker Meals and Freezer to Slow Cooker recipes.
Leave me a comment, I'd love to hear from you!
My goal is to help busy parents feed their families without the drive thru. So if it's an easy meal, we're likely to cover it here!
Not only are we going to prepare lots of meals in our slow cooker and Instant Pot, but I'm going to take you on my shopping journeys, show you how we prepare our meals for the freezer and more! Much, much more. Including more low carb and keto stuff!
If you have any special requests, I'd love to hear about them. Just leave me a comment or send me an email to sidetrackedsarah (at) gmail (dot) com.

This is a fun video! I live in Colorado and don’t miss the humidity we used to get in Oregon. Also, I use Walmart pick up! Game changer

I would love to see part two clips of what the dishes look like once they are prepared obviously as you go through the stock.

Hey! Mine don't usually last that long, lol, but... I have kept a rogue one in the freezer for up to a year and it was fine. Overall, the recommendation is 3-4 months though.

Added this to my 'recipe' playlist, I'll definitely try a couple of these.
I wish we had giant bag of Halal frozen chicken here (France). That would make my job so much easier ^^

How do you convert the time and settings to the instant pot?

    • @SarahRobinsonSidetrackedSarah
      @SarahRobinsonSidetrackedSarah  3 роки тому

for Instant Pot, if it's chicken and frozen, I usually do 20 minutes and quick release (or natural release), depending on what other ingredients are in it. If it's not frozen, 10-15 minutes and then 10 minutes natural release usually works. If it has veggies that will disintegrate, then you may have to add them later or adjust the times.

    Why all chicken

Because it's a super fast way to stock your freezer if you only have a little bit of time.

I love to use chicken. It is cost efficient especially when you buy in bulk.
I love it. It’s very versatile.
