Ehh, that's a bit debatable. I like the golden parts on the Strike Freedom. Plus who doesn't like multi functional wings? Dragoons AND Light Wings to improve mobility? Don't get me wrong, I also like Freedom because of cool suit design, I just like Strike Freedom's just a little better.

Over time, I’ve grown to like vanilla Freedom Gundam more. I also like the weapons, wings, and colors a lot. As much as I hate Kira, it’s probably one of my favorite Gundams now.
the freedom ends up being a better unit due to its lower cost, and more versitile weapon loadout. while it lacks the double beam of the SF, as well as the dragoons, it end up feeling more agile. the best thing about the freedom is how its at the same time a "basic" unit, without anything special, but doing it so well, it feels great to pilot, by the way i mean basic in the sence of its weapons dont really doing anything weird like trans am or the other more "out there" loadouts. to me, its the best begginer unit, because it does everything so well, its much easier to get used to the controls.
I've always disliked the idea of the intro using strike gundam vs Providence gundam instead of Freedom vs Providence. What were they thinking when they made that.
I like how they changed it to were Kira is using the Strike against the Providence, it reminds me much of the original Gundam fighting the Chars Zeong in 0079.

Did they remove the Saber Barrage melee combo that the Freedom had in the original Gundam Vs. series?
I actually prefer the freedom more then strike freedom, only 2500 and can shot a bunch at the opponents espacily in EX mode.
Nice. I actually only use Strike Freedom online if I have a pretty experienced team mate. I don't use 3ks to often online.

CyberQ3000 Freedom Gundam wasn't in the game at the time. That is also the reason why there is no dialogue between Kira (Freedom) & Rau (Providence).
