I remember your large chalkboard in your old house with the human body drawing and all the fun things you got for that unit. You inspired me to homeschool my 6 children. We are now wrapping up year 4! Your homeschool content is my personal favorite. My daughter would love the bunny composition book!! Thanks for another great video! ♡
I totally prefer the less professional videos! Feels more relatable and like OG UA-cam. Love it
These are my favorite videos. As a homeschool mom of nine children, I love a good Amazon haul. I snorted with laughter when you commented about passing on those posters to your sister. Your humor is the best.
Quick hack, use clear contact paper on the composition cover to help with the wear and tear 👌🏻
I love these videos. I prefer them to when you probably feel like you’ve prepared for everything haha
It feels more personal somehow and real.
Also, I would LOVE to test things you create. I think you’d have plenty of people willing to help give constructive feedback
Fun fact, my husband’s nickname was TinkerGnome, when we were younger. That project book will make a great birthday or Father’s Day gift for him!
We all know the gorilla glue adhesive is REALLY to help keep kids stay in their chairs a bit longer! 😂 Loved this haul and appreciate your homeschool style so very much! Thanks for sharing!
My favourite content, I love all the ✨HoMeScHoOl SuPpLiEs✨! Angie, could you please do a unit study prep video?
The posters are probably double so you can put them all up and see each side as one would face the wall. The flower press looks so neat!
I would love to be your 'tester' for your possible unit studies! I have always homeschooled, and we are entering the middle and high school years! Love this haul - I am going shopping lol...
Have you looked at Campfire Curriculums? I just found them, but they were created by a dad! They look super interesting, especially since I have 4 boys. I am interested in the Surviving Off The Land Unit. Brighter Day Press looks amazing as well! Thanks for sharing your haul!
You totally inspired me to buy The Good and The Beautiful science stories!!! We will be doing it through the “summer” ☀️ I’m super excited!!! Thank you SO much for making this content Angela 📚
I have been reading one page a Day from the secret world of plants and other books like that During morning time. ❤❤. Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge!!! 🎉🎉
I’ve been eyeing those same composition books - so pretty!
I would love to see a day in the life of homeschooling with time stamps!! Thanks for sharing!
Love this video!!! I would love to see what other classic books who have bought for your kids.
The posters look awesome! Love your videos!
I would like to try out your etiquette unit as well. Would be a great summer project!
Ooh...a list of resources and curriculum sounds amazing!
Oh I’d love to be on your list to try some of your units things!😊
I would love to test out units you put together. What a fun idea!
Also, I really appreciate you making a giant pile of all the fun homeschool stuff and then just trusting us that you’re not going to put it all back up in a box very neatly but instead ….. find it a home where it can be used and appreciated -- because that is thethe steps that keeps me from buying the things I don’t know what to do after I buy them ?? How do I use them inside my daily life. …..
Been with you for years and just love all your content because of the raw and real insight! Would love to be a tester for your projects! I’ve got HSers and primary elementary-ers lol
Love a haul! This will be fun!
Those are the cutest composition books. I love them.
I've listened to your videos for years and never realized you grew up near north Florida! I grew up in Jacksonville/St. John's county. 😊❤️ I would love to be on your list of testers by the way. I homeschool my 9 kids: 7 boys and 2 girls, oldest 18 down to 2 months old. We've homeschooled all 18 years and counting and I've tried just about every curriculum and method out there 😂.
This is super cool and not traditional! I love it!!! Thank you!
Someone has probably mentioned this, but did you know there are Secret Garden and Anne of Green Gables cook books?
I would TOTALLY be a tester for your units!! I have 5 kids ages 1-8 and just started homeschooling this year!
I would absolutely be a beta tester for anything for elementary kids!
We're reading Secret garden this summer as well! Also as a viewer with a lot of Littles, I was wondering how you keep your boundaries of self care. I really try to schedule some time in my days for self care like exercise and showers and journaling, nothing fancy but it feels like there's usually someone with an pee accident or a spill or something, where it just eats up the time I allotted and then the baby wakes up, so how do you tell your children or your husband what you need and stick to it with out it becoming a big ordeal.... sorry for the random questions, you reminded me of this when you talked about the plant defenses ha ha
I have that same poster, and it definitely comes with duplicates!
I love those note books❤
I will get on your list to test Literature studies!!!!
quick question (not just for Angie, anyone else is welcomed to answer). As you moved to more kiddos being homeschooled, did you slow down on the more 'charlotte mason' style and move to more workbooks? I've found that now that we have 5 kiddos (3 homeschooling) we are slowly replacing more things with simpler, one page a day style work books (grammar, spelling, math, ect). I was wondering if it was a typical thing or not!?
Have you read The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind? Your boys would probably love it. It’s based in Africa and a true story.
Our family would love to test your units if you end up doing that....been on this homeschool journey with you for awhile and now entering middle school years :)
So where do you hang the posters? Or how do you use them in Homeschool? We don’t have a separate Homeschool room and I’m not sure that I would feel comfortable looking at a skeleton over the dining room table while I eat my cereal. I really need ideas on how to use these because they look so So fun. I actually just returned a similar book to Costco because while it was cool wasn’t sure how to use it.
I’d be interested in testing units!
I was just telling my husband yesterday that I need to teach my kids etiquette!! I would love to be your guinea pig 😅❤
Oooh! I would test some stuff!
Muppet Christmas Carol!!! 🤣
I would LOVE to see your lists and do some of your units like the etiquette one!! Please add me to that list if you so it ☺️
I volunteer as tribute! I would love to test units you make with my kiddos!
How do you organize your library?
I would love to test your etiquette unit study!
I would be very interested in an etiquette unit!!!!
My 5 year old watched this with me and said "mom, can we go see her?" Hehe
Do you still have your photography course? When you were at your old house, You talked about it a few times. I was not ready to take that course then, but my daughter is going into high school next year, and she wants to take photography.
I would love to be a tester!!!!😊
My three kids and I want to test an etiquette unit!
Ahhh please put me on your testers list!
Muppet Christmas Carol 😂
Please put me on the list for units you create!
I have a curriculum question that I’m truly hoping you or someone can help with this. I’m finally venturing on my own doing homeschool our way but I have one going into 9th grade and one going into 4th. I am having a very difficult time picking a writing/grammar curriculum for them. I know it’s individual preferences but I’m needing some guidance on this. I’m looking for a curriculum that is not overly intensive as both my girls have had a lot of it and they are burned out on it. Obviously, I want something still moving them forward but something that they aren’t spending hours writing papers and such. I was looking at EIW but am worried it will still be a lot. I’m liking what I am seeing with Fix it Grammar but don’t really feel the Structure and Style would fit them well. I would love to be able to just do a workbook for writing/grammar so it’s super flexible in what we do. Any advice or suggestions? Thank you!!
I would love to test your etiquette unit. That is definitely a lost skill. ❤
I have 5 boys and would love to test out your etiquette unit if you're looking for volunteers
😊
We would love to be a test family!
Do you like those encyclopedias better than DK or Usborne?
The cover showed that they ARE DK. Which means based in evolution.
@@StasiaAleenwonder house books does not appear to be related to DK.
For some reason the link to the homeschool storefront is going to this video.
If you need a test family, we are available 🙋🏻♀️😁.
i like this not professional videos! :)
