I have a question, so if I have example a patient with MI I need cath and PCI, do I need to wait for the cardiology to tell me or I go straight and do it?!! As well EGD do I need to wait for the Gastro ( because they usually takes 1 hour and some cases like ED cases you should be able to address the problem before that!
