Thank you for your help and very practical information. I would like to ask something that I keep can't find the answer to.
In an emergency case, before the physical exam, we should order for instance: pulse oximetry, cardiac monitor, EKG 12 lead, iv access, etc. When we give this order, should we move the time until we get to results of these orders before having a physical exam. Because if we mark physical exams and order these stuff at the same time, by the results come back, we would do the physical exam simultaneously. So in short, in emergency cases, emergent orders + focused physical exam OR emergent orders and results then physical exam. I hope I could make it clear. Thank you very much for your help in advance!

Yep bro, I've been wondering this same thing as well, tbh, I think we are probably overthinking it and it prob does not matter?

I know this is 6months old, but always do the PE first, you'll lose 5 points out of 100 right off the top if you dont.

How do you order follow up visits?

You have to send the patient "home" and then schedule a clinic follow-up using the calendar function!
