Great tutorial! A few things I'd add: When placing siege, you can hold down the left mouse button to rotate the blueprint, so the siege weapon is already built facing the desired direction. Ballista 4 also forces hit enemy players to dismunt. Catapults have an alternate shot type - gravel shot, which is a waste of time. When traited, Burning Oil will drain enemy supplies. Trebushet 5 heals allied players.
Also, sieges have a timer and when that expires the siege will disappear. so it's very important to refresh sieges used for defence inside your keep or tower. to "refresh" a siege just use it by pressing "F" near it.

Very helpful video! But there were a few missing points that the comments mention :) I'm not a new GW2 player but I'm still enjoying these information videos you're posting, you never know when you might not know some particular point about that game.
Amazing video, one thing i personally noticed with siege is that all siege has a fixed personal damage, except for golems. Golems are the only ones that scale with your stats; so if you find yourself in the middle of a golem rush while roaming, remember to swap to a power dps equip template before entering the golem! Im almost sure of it, but correct me if im wrong :D
7:20 I am pretty sure the guild golem is like the alpha golem (closed range) unlike the omega one

Cannons and Oil appear with tier 1, Mortar with tier 2 according to the wiki (video says tier 2 and tier 3).

I am not sure about the dmg output but the healthpool is effected by stats? or at least the healthpool of your class for sure
