But amongst many of the gymnast its a common statement that if Biles is competing, getting gold is going to be pretty difficult. So silver is the best most can hope far when Simone is on her A-game. Which is 99.9999% of the time.

They were like "oh, are they black? I didn't see the skin color, I just saw three beautiful girls", yeah, the same bs! And then I tried to explain that we were happy because for us seeing an all black podium in a sport like gymnasts IS something new and incredible, it has been an all white podium too many times for years, and when we were kids there wasn't even a black on the podium, and then there was Daiane dos Santos, now there are Simone Biles, Rebeca Andrade, Shilese Jones, Malanie de Jesus dos Santos.
I wonder if Simone ever feels like Forrest Gump when he says, I went to the White House AGAIN, I shook hands with the Presidential AGAIN... I adore her! And I too, love the all black woman's podium!

She was warming up, something happened there and they didn’t want her to real a more serious injury during competition and decided to withdraw her and put Alice instead, who went straight to competition without even warming up. Which proves it was a last minute decision
