One thing most gymnasts could learn from her is making their routines as efficient as she has this quad. The room she leaves for error is so much less than other people. That beam series at the begining is a great example of having a good construction that will minimize your penalties if something goes bad. Bravo to her and her coaches for making this such a great and safe comeback for her.

You do know Shang Chunsong was malnourished as a child so you should not be trying to compare anyone to her to establish what is “normal”….second of all Simone is not the only muscular gymnast around there’s lots of them. Aly raisman, Shawn Johnson, Alicia Sacramone come to mind. Gabby in her comeback is looking very muscular too
Just like last Wednesday, today i also just came from the venue. Again, it was an amazing night. There was this really cute Brazilian girl sitting right next to me. We were so happy with these results. Simone gold, Rebecca silver and Shilese bronze. Just couldn't have been better....lovely😍
I just loved this world championships. All 3 of the gymnasts I love. And plus, It also seems historic with all of them were black. Either way, I just love Andrade, Jones, and Biles. Loved the battle tonight. thanks for showing us the video

Digress , but somehow got drawn into gymnastics- and Simone B - I could not help but observe on many UA-cam videos the blonde in the background- is she Simone’s coach? Everybody is calling her the GOAT and the Goddess. Just looking at all her performances to check it out. Lots of muscles and power, no grace, mistakes and quite primitive in a way. Is this new gymnastics or is she given a lot of applause for being black?
