It's needed in order to actually use the controller to play the 2 Steel Battalion games. You got a lot of common Original Xbox games but you got them all for a great price. There were some awesome games included in this lot as well. I noticed that the Tony Hawk's Underground 2 had the GameCube Manual and not the Xbox Manual. That Capcom Classics Volume 2 is a pretty uncommon game on the Original Xbox. Sells for $30 to $80 depending on the condition. New Legends has an reversible cover art on the other side. Those Burger King games will work on both the Original Xbox and Xbox 360. There was a total of 7 of those Xbox Exhibition Volumes released. Exhibition Volume 7 is the rarest of the 7 and pretty pricey these days. They were sold at various retailers for $7.99. They did come with manuals. That Burnout 3 was from a Canadian Video Store Rental Chain called Rogers. I have a few games in my Original Collection from them. It's cool how games from other countries get imported to the USA. Those Demo discs you received came with the Original Xbox magazine. A lot of them are loaded with DLC and other content you can download to your Original Xbox and Xbox 360 consoles. As well as you get several demos to play and videos to watch. You got an excellent deal for $250.00 my friend. My favorite Original Xbox game is The Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind Game of the Year Edition. I put in over 600 hours into that game over the years.
You really know your xbox stuff! They controller did come with the pedals just didn't show it. Tried it out, it's actually pretty fun, took me a bit to get the hang of all the buttons haha. Definitely happy with the bundle it really beefed up my OG xbox collection

Researched and learned a lot about the original Xbox over the past 15 years. Awesome that it has the pedals. There was also a blue button variant of the stell Battalion controller. I found one a few years ago. Definitely the greatest controller ever for an console.
I had to watch to the end of course to find out what you paid for it and holy! I can't believe he was only asking that much for the controller. I think you got to steal just on that! We paid much more for ours a few years ago

I definitely did not. I had a gamecube and ps2 back in the day. Didn't get an original Xbox till much later once the xbox 360 was around the corner.
