- Resepi kek kali ini menggunakan buah strawberi segar tanpa menggunakan mixer. Adun tak sampai 10 minit dah boleh bakar. Kek ini lembut dan lembap, dengan rasa masam manis dari yogurt dan buah strawberi, memang sangat sesuai dijadikan sarapan atau minum petang bersama keluarga. Kek ini sedap dinikmati ketika ianya hangat kerana teksturnya

BAHAN-BAHAN:
2 biji telur gred A (suhu bilik)
Gula kastor/gula pasir halus 3/4 cawan | 150 gram (letak 1 cawan/200 gram jika suka manis)
Yogurt asli 1 cawan | 250 gram (boleh ganti dengan sour cream)
Minyak jagung 1/3 cawan | 75 ml (boleh ganti dengan mentega cair/minyak sayuran lain)
1 sudu teh esen vanila
Tepung gandum 2 cawan | 250 gram
Tepung jagung 2 sudu besar | 15 gram
Serbuk penaik 2 sudu teh | 6 gram
Garam 1/4 sudu teh | 1 gram
200 gram buah strawberi
Gula icing untuk dusting
Saiz Loyang : 8 inci
Suhu Membakar : 180℃ | 355℉ selama 50 ke 60 minit, atau sehingga lidi pencucuk/cake tester bersih bila dicucuk pada bahagian tengah kek. Bakar menggunakan api atas bawah dan rak tengah.
Panaskan ketuhar selama 10 minit sebelum mula membakar kek.

In this recipe, I'm going to show you how to make easiest, fuss free strawberry cake without a mixer. The batter can be ready in less than 10 minutes! The cake is soft, muffin-like textured and moist, with sweet and sour flavors of the fresh strawberries. It is perfect to be enjoyed for your breakfast and tea time. The cake is best to be served warm, as the texture will be light and soft.

INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs (room temperature)
Caster sugar/fine granulated sugar 3/4 cup | 150 grams (use 1 cup/200 grams if you like sweet)
Plain yogurt 1 cup | 250 grams
Corn oil 1/3 cup | 75 ml (can use melted butter/other type of vegetable oil)
1 tsp of vanilla essence
All purpose flour 2 cups | 250 grams
Corn flour 2 tbsp | 15 grams
Baking powder 2 tsp | 6 grams
Garam 1/4 sudu teh | 1 gram
200 grams of strawberries
Powdered sugar for dusting
Baking pan size : 8 inches
Baking Temperature : 180℃ | 355℉ for 50 to 60 minutes, until inserted skewer comes out clean. Bake using top & bottom heat and bake at rack center. Preheat oven for 10 minutes before baking.
