I love the industrial vibe of Argo. Seeing these ships makes me excited for when money matters and players will hire escorts to protect them from pirates and griefers
@@asog88 eve requires way more than point and click as you need to know how to manage weapon tracks, transversal speeds, weapons damage applications, and ship speed. And there are tons of of other says of stopping a ship from fleeing in eve. Done 10 years of eve in nullsec, npc null, wormhole space and low sec
Its not as big a PITA to solo as you make out- the three laser heads gives you a flexibility that you can't find with a Prospector. Saying that- multicrew will expand the range of rocks you can harvest. Edit: Honestly, your score is fair- but thats perfect for this ship. This ship is basically an industrial cow. Its so perfect just like that.
The MOLE is one of my favorite looking ships, especially the engines and thrusters. I really hope CIG makes more Argo ships soon, especially a salvager and starter ship. I also wouldn't mind seeing more cargo ships from them too.
To my experience, the ship can be soloed but the player has to position it perfectly in relation to the asteroid or the rock. It takes time to get used and the extraction times are dilated by swapping seats constantly.
I think it will be easier as the turret controls are right behind pilot's seat. It will also have VTOLS so should be good at weathering the wind and other things that can push you around.
Friend and myself went from a team of two prospector mining to multicrewing a mole and sadly it is so much more inefficient :(. I think the best is to start when you got a crew of 3
CIG designing ships of this size that gives the pilot no mining control to cater to both solo and mulicrew just shows how daft their thought process is. There is no reason to not allow this to be more efficiently solo'd but just get more out of it with a multicrew. Instead they design it so pilot just sits on their arse. Thats not how you make a fun game. Multicrew at this size should be a fun bonus not a forced pain in the arse.
Great, now i get to imagine those droids every time I run an Argo
LMAO! You’re welcome!

as a retire eve player they wont hire escorts. if ppl dont hire escort in one of the most unforgivinge pvp dpsce sandbox mmo they wont do it in sc
@@rikilamaru I dunno. If they make it easy I think they will. Plus eve is just point and click

@@rikilamaru ok. I only played the mobile version which is just a lot of clicking
I’m now the proud owner of a MOLE upgrading from an LTI CSV. Probably will never use it, but I like it.

For anyone wondering, the new Mole price as of 3.23 is 8.9 (round to 9) million.
I love this ship. It’s my fav design in the game. I don’t know why.

I love how it looks!
Hoping the Arrastra is solo-able.
Looks like it should be easier to solo than the Mole. All of the turret controls are on the bridge, for one thing.

my main problem with this ship (in 3.23.1 so far), is that it doesnt feel like a chunky boi. it feels like a medium fighter on the joysitcks. lol
Hope they make something like the mole, but then like the taurus
Would you recommend this ship for a crew of 2 people?
You can definitely make it work
@@EvenLease44 then I’ll try it thanks for the quick answer:)
