What if my primary group are legs? Do you think I can workout all of my leg muscles. Like I don't have a gym around me that I can go to that is actually nice.
You can train your legs using the tonal but if your primary groups are you legs I would just invest in resistance bands, some dumbbells, and a barbell.
I have the Tonal and think the leg workouts are great! The moves may be difficult at first but as your core gets stronger the moves get easier. Once your core is stronger and you get used to the movements, you can start increasing weight quite quickly.

Absolutely not. Must pay a monthly membership fee so you never really own it. Also they asked one of the most racist NBA players to be a spokesperson for them. I will NEVER give them a dime.
@@BeFitnomenal companies want you to keep having to give them money. I’ve heard auto manufacturers are wanting you to have to keep paying a yearly fee for your key fob to work, at least that is what they’re considering. How about when we buy something, we actually own it? Crazy concept I know lol. The tonal machine itself is very effective, but if I can’t use it forever after I have already dropped a LOT of money, I don’t see how that’s good for the little guy. And I am tired of seeing big businesses post huge profits at our expense. Apple, google, Facebook, Walmart, etc. they all win and we all lose. Sorry for the rant lol

I’m honestly not 100% sure, I know they will come and install it for you. When my client purchased his, it took like 9-12 weeks to come.

You can use it without the subscription after the first year. You can still do all the lifts, you just don’t have the coaching and the strength score.
