I purchased Torino 21 thanks to one of your videos and really really liked it, and then of course started to explore more from that house….and your Xerjoff videos naturally.
I discovered Mefisto Gentiluomo which is absolutely astonishing (to me anyway) I really enjoyed Naxos too.
My Dad is in his 80’s and for birthdays and the like I do some decants from my collection into the little atomisers you can get from Amazon. They’re a nice gift.

Costume national homme reminds me of father. EDP for summers and parfum for winters.
Am a dad, have tried and owned about half of these, can vouch for the recs. I would replace Drakkar with Duc De vervins l'extreme, replace Eau Sauvage with Roja Scandal parfum cologne and throw Penhaligon sartorial into the mix! Great list as usual. The closest thing my dad wears to a fragrance is old spice antiperspirant

There's a Creed Royal English Leather on that auction site now going for a whooping $10K. Judging by the notes and some reviews, I can't imagine that being better than Royal Oud but since I never got my nose on it, I can't say for sure. $10K better?? Probably not 😀

Great video but maybe a tad unrealistic? I consider myself lucky if I get a pair or socks and some shower gel let alone a fragrance, that most cases cost in excess of £100 😂

For me it's a toss-up between Creed Royal Oud and Dior Eau Savage. But my old man still has his old Ralph Lauren Polo which he loves.
If I were back home in South Africa I'd gift my Dad Silver Flame by Jardin de Parfums (I don't recall if you've ever covered this brand on your channel Sebastian) . Note di Colonia III by Acqua di Parma is another one I'd probably get.

I lost my Dad April 8th, he was a Speed Stick and Brut aftershave man my whole childhood. Over the last few years I got him into a few great fragrances. He loved Beau de Jour, Guerlain Homme EDP, and Eau Sauvage EDT. I’ve been wearing Eau Sauvage a lot this last few months, reminds me of my Dad.
