- You won't believe how we unloaded the LEGO McLaren Senna at @TheShmuseum! The 470,000 brick version of my McLaren supercar has joined it in the garage over the Christmas period. Join us behind the scenes for the full delivery and wrapping process ahead of the reveal.
We start things off by adding some new LEGO models to @Shmee150's cabinets in the office before the Hiremech 5 tonne forklift turns up. Thirty minutes (and a truck arrival) later and we're ready to begin removing the Senna from the back of the lorry, fortunately the car has dedicated areas to lift from.

There's a few ways to move the LEGO car once it's on the ground, either with wheel dollies or by pushing and steering using the actual McLaren steering wheel. Luckily this was pretty easy to do as well!
Once in place next to Tim's real Senna, it's time to begin wrapping it up, which as usual descends into some kind of chaos...

@12:40 I found it absolutely hilarious when Tim spotted a rubber mark on his floor (Obviously not from himself) His reaction and being cool about the skidmark was priceless! 😂
I feel like the other section of the garage will end up being needed at some point. The lifts give you a lot of flexibility, but no matter who much space it seems you have, at some point you always end up needing more space
he just needs to sell some cars

The last thing you want is to sell potentially useful land only to have to buy it back down the line. At the rate the shmuseum is filling up you'll need it soon. Instead spend money to grind a channel/ramp from the middle of the 2nd barn down to the level of the shmuseum. Will make it much more useful
what a video the ultimate lego collectors dream having the full size version of the car he owns in lego. Good Luck with the Eiffel Tower that looks good too.

The 1:1 LEGO Mac Senna is uber cool. Its got more electronic functionality than I thought. But what wasn't made clear here (& from the Shmee150 episode) is if this LEGO model is a loaner only, or if Tim actually bought this for his collection, like the F1 car.
It's a loaner. He explained in the main channel reveal video that it will be going back to McLaren

Simple solution to Office/lounge, have a desk at the back with the lounge in front, looks like there is enough room.
That is so cool to see how you got it off the transport vehicle. And not having one lego piece come off is just amazing and a credit to the tow motor operator👏

I wondered what was happening with the second barn given all the cars are in the first one. With all the new arrivals, I hope there’s enough space otherwise more lifts might be on order!
So weird seeing a car coming to this garage without a trip to Topaz first... Seeing how much work was put In wrapping the real Senna, I'm sure they'd have a great time with that one!

I have been collecting lego for more than 50 years, and have many car sets, but getting one of these under the tree on 25th would definitely be worth it

Would be a more impressive office for shmee up on the second level, I’m assuming they are doing glass or plexiglass panels for the railing so if he had his desk facing towards the cars he would have a much better view.
Once you guys build the Lego' Eiffel Tower, you should put underneath the scale model of the AMG Black series, not sure if you have it, to recreate the real pictures taken on your Paris tour .... You could, eventually, make a theme out of it, with others cars, I mean : real pictures and its scaled models

What if the tape stuck to the seat of the ff and when Tim got up it damaged it

The view from the sitting area might be better without walls built around the steel supports.
