I haven't made lasagna in ages, I just keep buying frozen ones at walmart. But my kids aunt when she was married to her 1st husband would make it and one side was with ricotta cheese, the other side was cottage cheese, her husband didn't like ricotta cheese , I liked it both ways

Didn’t you once say you went to culinary school? I like to add mushrooms to my sauce... i have also used a layer of artichoke hearts in my lasagna before... I hope you do more cooking vlogs... maybe a traditional meatloaf dinner ? I only use turkey also 😊
