I enjoyed the river tour, it seems like almost every thing worth visiting are close to the river.
It's a great choice as you get to see and do so much in one day. Are you in Thailand?
Great video and information. Can't wait to check out the river tour in November!😀
Have fun!

Really good content. I've visit BKK many times, did not know about the hop on/off. Also have been curious as to what it is like at each stop, so thanks! This is me in 4 weeks!

It’s Looks Like it’s HOT 🥵 THERE TOO…. HERE IN CALIFORNIA ITS SO HOT MUCHO CALIENTE AMIGO STILL SUMMER I Can’t WAIT UNTIL NOVEMBER WHEN THE WEATHER CHANGES…. ✌️✌️✌️👍🙏🙏🙏💕
I love the hear. well about 30 degrees is perfect.
OH YOU GUYS LEFT THE PHILIPPINES ALREADY… BANGKOK HERE WE COME 😂😅😂✌️👍👌👍👍👍💕🇺🇸
Yes, we will go back to Philippines next year.
Brilliant. We're planning for next year to stop off in Bangkok on the way to Ko Samui.
This boat trip looks perfect on a long layover.
Question - when you step off the boats is everything in walking distance?
Excellent! Yes everywhere is within walking distance. :-)
Original ceramic decorations on pagodas at Wat Arun were recycled from waste chinaware fragments exquisitely chipped into shapes centuries ago.
Sadly they are falling off after years and years in the sun and rain and are being replaced by factory made pieces, obviously because people nowadays are not as patient as the ancients.
Thanks for sharing this information.
I'm near the place, Andrew ! Jerry looks like a filipino travelling in the Philippines 🇵🇭 what's the next journey darling after asiatique ❤😂🎉😢😮😅😊
Next journey is to Da Nang in Vietnam again.
@@AlwaysonaJourney have a safe trip 🙏
Thank you for the info: which canal should we take to view Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen from the water?
Hmm. I don't know the answer. Did you find out?
It appears a boat tour at Pratunam Phasi Charoen Pier
🤙
:-)
Where have you've been guys you went out out ? ❤😂🎉😢😮😮😅😊
Jerry went out in Silom last week. :-)
Great video. Thanks.
Glad you liked it!
Any stop( or clise) in ekkamai bts?
Ekamai is between phrakanong or thonglor bts station. You can choose the one closer.
Next month i m in bangkok staying in sukhumit. How can i go for this trip
Get the bts train to taksin station walk down to sathon pier you can buy the tickets there.
when you take the boat to the last stop do they make you get off? Or can you stay on and go back to the original port?
I don't know about that. Good question though. :-)
@@AlwaysonaJourney i actually went the next day, at the very last stop they make everyone get off the boat and you have to purchase a new ticket. They also switch to a boat where there is air condition like you mentioned in the video. (While the first boat from sathorn pier doesn’t have air condition on the lower level.)
@@AlwaysonaJourneyit’s still a great deal though, I paid 60 THB and toured on the boat back and forth. We didn’t have time to stop at any of the other stops so didn’t want to pay 150 THB for hop on and off. Great reference for your viewers!
@@shuzbabe9233 Thank you. It depends on each person's plans for the day. ;-)
Are you allowed to hop-on hop-off anytime?
Yes you can.
Perhaps skip museums. The best part of Bangkok is the backpacker scene and how local cultures survives with its street food still very Thai. But i guess Khaosan is no longer as Cool and Legendary like back in the era where vloggers dont swarm the place with their selfie sticks, and filming people who just want to get drunk.
I enjoy visiting museums. Of course there not to everyone's taste. We showed them as like everything there an option if you choose this trip. :)
how many hours did the whole trip take?
It took about 9 hrs.
good video shamee bout the overpowering music
Thanks for your honest feedback. It's appreciated and helpful. :-0
Save money
- Orange flag = 16 Baht
- Green flag = 30 Baht
Thank you
Oh we are being robbed. We pay 500bath each person from grandpalace to Iconsiam taking small boat.
500thb? That's very high. Do you mean 50thb?
@@AlwaysonaJourney very true sir we paid $600each. sorry not 500 but 600. We did told the taxi driver as we paid 250 baht from IconSiam to Berkeley hotel where we stay in. In the first place we are only asking where the ticket booth but we ended up paying to them since they said they are the one. They gave us the receipt but when the small boat came the took it back the receipt, I was surprised. I cannot double check with them outside the waiting shed since the boat was already there. Anyways it’s a lesson learned.
I found that your pronunciation the word "Bangkok" is similar to how Thais pronounce it. And including other Thai names, you can pronounce those Thai names as close to how Thais pronounce them. I would like to admire you, the few westerners who can pronounce Thai words correctly, almost like Thai people.
Thank you. I practice before the videos usually. As Jerry is Thai he corrects me. ;-)
วัฒนธรรมที่เเตกต่างของคนไทยไม่เหมือนใครเป็นสิ่งที่ดึงดูดให้คุณอยากมาเที่ยวใช่ไหม
I think Thai culture is wonderful.
