Last boat from sathorn pier is 19:15, so that would be the best one🇹🇭😄
From Sathorn Pier the boat will take off every 30min starting at 09:00 until 16:15, then more sporadically trough out the day😊

Hi, for just a calm view of chaopraya I would recomend hop on hop off😄 If you enjoy more busy and cheaper I would recomend the "bus boat" typ "orange line". That one stop at the most places and is a more local experience🇹🇭🫶

I have only tried Chao Praya tourist boat and they cost 150B (~$5) for the whole day. You can hop on and off whenever and wherever you want. Or you can pay 30B (~$1) per ride until you get off the boat. If you want get on the boat again you need to pay anew 30B. Hope that's helpful.
