if you in the USA , there is a store called Micheals, they have all these hot glue sticks. my daughter always uses them.

I just done a hinge repair on a vaio with cold weld . The 3 screw mounts where wrecked.none existant. Reconstructed them luckily

What brand is that hotglue and type? Hotglue here in the US is too weak todo that.

Can somebody measure the current draw on a powered off laptop? Both from battery and from charger without battery attached. I have a Lenovo s10 notebook with a 5mA stanby/off current consumption. Curious if it is normal or too high. Thanks.

hot glue is best for hinge, i already try resin epoxy and other glue. for me so far no come back job, ''hot glue with hot air''

dont rely too much on hot glue because it can easy to remove unlike you screw it
