no you dont need a korean phone number. Just use your own phone number but use a vpn set to korea is all. Then free to play. It's amazing :D
Do you know what are the "spawn conditions" are for morokai? I can't find an answer anywhere
Morokai is a world boss, meaning its only spawn condition is when its going to be ready on the Timetable, OR if you are in a guild, once you reach Level 3 in the guild, you can go to the guild hall and as a guild fight him for the chance for loot... OR if your guild get the Morokai riftstone, you can also summon him once per day for the guild too.
These are the 3 ways to spawn him as such :)

hi. can you see who's the top damager when killing the boss?
unfortunately not but they are meant to be adding a Damage counter at some point to see whos not doing the good damage haha!
