Hey Ali, not sure if you’ll see this, but my workout schedule has really benefitted from doing it first thing in the morning and not relying on gyms or equipment.
Loved seeing Eric getting interviewed by you here. I’ve binged all of his pods with people I wanna learn from. He does a phenomenal job asking the “elite” what we’re all thinking
Going the extra mile in everything you do will help you in so many aspects of life. Unreasonable hospitality is a great book that represents this. Stay Uncommon!
Hey, coming from Spotify and just wanted to thank you for doing such a great podcast. I really like the new way your approaching it by just talking about the stuff your interested in, especially in the end when you shared your hobbies and such. Also for workout stuff: im in pretty good shape atm and all I'm doing for strength is push ups and pull-ups a few times a week along with some other small exercises for core or legs. Takes about 30 minutes 3 / 4 times a week. Even on such a minimum training protocol continues progressive overload can get you in decent shape. That protocol also works well with other sports like badminton or climbing as it keeps you quiet strong and takes very little time. Again thanks for sharing awesome conversations like that please keep doing so.
I absolutely feel like having kids takes the edge off. I’m less stressed about what I can do for myself, but I do have some anxiety about making sure they are set up for their future.
Ali you don’t need a personal trainer.. The best way is to work out before you take your shower or after doing your priorities in the morning.. it’s not possible to enjoy gym.. the only change is to define a goal and fight for the goal.. if you have the goal in mind you work out better and if you don’t in my opinion no motivation! As a tennis coach I am proud that you play tennis.. keep going 💪🎾🎾 Ps. Squats, push ups, pull ups, planks and all and, back exercises you can do even with a goal or a band.. you can use your body weight.. if in one day you do 10 push ups next time try 11.. or do it per time.. one minute do like 10 rest the rest of the minute for 10 minutes for example… work on the big muscles and forget small muscles like bicípite and triceps
@Ali, regarding your workout issues, especially while traveling. 1-minute of intense exercise every morning is enough to grow muscle mass. If you want proof, start with pushups. do as many as you can in a minute. rest for a few seconds when you hit your limit then keep going. track how many you do. do the same thing everyday for a week. once you have proof, rotate muscle groups everyday. incredible what one minute per day can do. guarantee you'll be doing 50 pushups per minute in a couple months
Great information, but oof such a disconnect between you all and the average worker. Dude not hiring out of certain states because of how much people sue may tell you more about that owner than the states.
whyyyy all of your guests are podcaster?! its like a pyramid scehem of pumping each other until you can all claim to be hosting a "10mil dollar podcast"
upon your comment, I went back and checked his last 10 videos. ALL OF THEM are youtubers doing podcasts. ALL 10 OF THEM. Now thats the most time I am willing to give to this "non issue" but make no mistake these "guests" are here to promote their own podcast which is promoting other podcasts. It is a non ending loop.
@@orxanr5955 A lot of the people he chooses are people within his circle. A podcaster knows a lot of other podcasters. A podcaster is more likely to come onto his podcast vs an entrepreneur who works 6 days a week running a million dollar business. Other podcaster also get more views due to people recognizing them. Most peoplewatching this content wants to get into media. It's still a non-issue because he has interviewed a lot of non-podcaster before.
Thanks for having me Ali! This was fun.

He interviews a lot of non-podcaster. You're just being selectively outrage on a non-issue.
