Hey Ming, that is my hometown of Angra do Heroismo! I know exactly where you are, you are at "Alto da Memoria" monument, a tribute to King Dom Pedro IV, erected in 1845. The town itself was founded in 1478, and elevated to city status in Aug, 21, 1534. It is the capital city of the island, and second largest town in Azores.
