This is a homemade camping alcohol stove using a tin can with lid, bolts and nuts, cotton rag and steel strips. It worked better than I expected, the wicks can be lit individually to reach different temperatures. Hollow threads can be used instead of bolts.
Pretty ingenious , the idea of putting the magnet in
Interesting and effective idea 👌👍
Small tip for anyone who wishes to copy this; the wick should be pure cotton or it won't burn properly
Could you use carbon fiber?
@@sixpackbinky No idea, never had the opportunity to try it
@H K While I know pure cotton works, I haven't had the opportunity to try fibreglass
Carbon fiber won't burn. Go for it. @@sixpackbinky
That's fun everybody has a magnet setting around porpes exactly for that...
Apart from the complicated Wick Holes , a really useful , simple and compact burner ...😁
Thank you for posting your video from buffalo NY. I would give this build an attempt myself------
for the wick I used carbon felt from Lowes and it never needs replacing and fits perfectly in the raw hole.
Nice idea
Ótimo trabalho, mano. Ficou massa.
nice sharing👍
ola, ideia legal, gostaria de saber a quantidade de etanol que vc usa para esse fogareiro e quanto tempo fica acesso, obrigado
why not put wick directly?
can you tell the consumption as minutes and mililiters.
Big like
Se Fosse Aqui Em Osasco No Brasil Pagaria Pra você Faser um Pra mim gostei muito 👍 obrigado
小心燒久很熱危險十。我用久乾脆空罐十煤油就點火還是有危險小心。
Geez my man ,youtube did neutered you with their rules, didnt they? You used to make all the cool shit like diy guns and fireworks launchers.
What kind of things come in a can like that?
Oh wow !!! What a smart idea, lol 😁
Thanks for sharing !!! New follower ✌️✌️✌️

Ficou toPe mesmo Parabéns 👍
Can you tell me what things to make a gun in the video you deleted
Very nice. Is that cooking oil or special lamp oil you used? Thanks.
Alcohol i think
The description states it is alcohol, an option that burns a little too quickly for my taste.
I would personally test this with cooking oils to see if any of those are viable since they tend to last a little longer, but thats me
@@GaisaSanktejo thanks, I didn't think to read that first. The captions help a lot too.
@@ricksorber9562 No prob 👌👍
@@GaisaSanktejo Would cooking oil soot up the bottom of the pots?
Paraffin might work good as it's used in oil lamps and is more energy dense than alcohol.
alcool e muito caro. melhor seria oleo de cozinha usado. é de graça 😉
Man 1 litro de álcool de posto de gasolina é uns 4 real ai ce coloca so un tiquinho e ja faz um monte de coisa slk
