I'd been getting a bad smell and reduced heat on my new to me Lacrosse. So glad I watched this video! I'd changed on on a Mazda 3 and almost dislocated my shoulder as it was under the passenger seat. This was a breeze to change and was soooo quick. I was shook seeing how much dirt and debris was in the old filter. I even changed out the hood struts first, also a super easy change. Thank you!
I changed my cabin filter watching this video. The only con is that he doesn't show how in the video to detach the plastic fastener (pin) holding the plastic cover. I had to watch another video how to remove them to do it. Other than that excellent video.
@@rdubay01 yes you can. Turn the wiper control to full on, then turn off the key when the wiper is high up. This does not work if you put the control on intermittent or single stroke.
+Byron Grey Well right now there's a lot of differences.. lmao. I hit a deer two months ago. finally getting it in the shop monday. been driving without a grille, no headlight on the driver's side, and a curled under hood since then. I still have a boner for the 08 lacrosse super though. I just wish it were AWD with its v8

I have to hope so. new hood, bumper, quarter panel, grille, and all the lights in the front.. after I buff the rest of my black swirled paint it should be close to new. I doubt my CAF has been changed in years so I ordered one after watching this

I love my old LaCrosse, but wow. Other car companies: "Open glove box." General Motors: "This is gonna take a while."
Also getting to the power steering fluid tank in these cars is a pain in the ass.

Nope 05-08 unfortunately you cannot put the windshield wipers up. Sucks for the winter.
