After watching many videos looking for instruction explained this well and comfortable to perform as a male, this quickly became my fave source. She is chill, funny, knowledgeable, and even gives you the name of the positions. I'm beyond instantly hooked on this channel.
Thank u so much! This means a lot to me. I will continue to post some tutorials here without instructions but I am switching to my new panteon channel for full tutorials with verbal and text instructions. I hope you will subscribe www.patreon.com/AcaciaJadeYoga

I feel like she hurt herself during the last move and just had to play it off. Lol. I'm kidding. Seriously, excellent video and breakdown of each move. Well done!
I’ve been doing Ariel for 2 years and I know a few tricks flips and 1 drop (which i suck at) but I want to get batter at drops so I can surprise people ;)
Amazing! I will be posting more tutorials this week and periodically through the year. Lemme know if you have any specific drop requests and I’ll make u a tutorial. I also have lots on IG and tiktok same name Acacia Jade Yoga
Hola Hermana! I was looking for some inspiration for tomorrow's class. Ty!! You know how I like to name poses .) A couple suggestions for the last pose you brewed up. You might use these names for other poses. when you place the knee in and end up reaching to the side- Sky Scraper . then when you add on and bring the leg
My hammock is hung at approx 3 meters. To be honest I would love to have higher ceilings because I'm double knotting each side of my hammock and there are some moves I can't do in my home because I just don't have enough space. I think 4 meters would be perfect!
Sky yoga is a brand name of aerial yoga. We are more focused on alignment and adjustments in group classes while combining the acrobatic play of aerial yoga ❤️
Yes Yes usually after 2-3 week you will just feel pressure but not pain. First class I was like um.... no way this will never not hurt. Also wear thicker pants it really help. Now I am a certified hammock teacher!
After some time you find your sweet spot on where to place the fabric on the body and u learn to support yourself with the arms to lessen the shock of the drop. The type of fabric is important too because if there is too much elasticity it tends to cause more pain as it tight end around the body
First I need to ask. Is it muscle pain or from the pressure of the fabric? Start by checking your alignment and be sure your toes are pointed to the ground rather than forward when you enter the fabric. If the alignment of the feet is good and its the pressure of the fabric you probably just need to build up your tolerance to the fabric. You can overcome some of the discomfort by wearing socks for a few weeks while you practice. Let me know what type of pain/ pressure ur feeling and how this goes
Excellent step by step instructions- best I’ve see. And I’ve done basic aerial classes

What brand is your yoga swing
Sky aerial yoga
How tall are your ceilings ?

The drop name should be......... sloth drop
Haha I like it
How far apart should the anchors be
They should be as far apart as your hips plus two of your fists
What's the distinction from sky yoga and aerial yoga? I regularly practice what I know as aerial yoga, but I'm curious

Dang that hurt 😂 is there any way to do it minus the pain or do you just get used to it? Sorry I'm a beginner:)

The first one really hurts my ankles im not sure why, do you know what im doing wrong?
Most of the poses for the silks hurt either your ankles or legs so I don’t think your doing anything wrong, it just hurts in general.
