All I can say is this. If this pursuit happened in Arkansas, the ASP would have PIT'd this fool a long time ago, they do not waste time or resources on just following someone. They pursue you, PIT/TVI you. take you out of the vehicle, force you face first on the ground and cuff you. Then off to the County lock up facing felony fleeing along with several other charges. They do not play around. The PIT/TVI at any speed and all Troopers are qualified.
