Deliveries are better top up than daily, you can control better the amount of resources of that type in a settlement or outpost, daily delivery I use for broken tools for repairs and then back top up 2 or 3 of those tools like shovels or pickaxes. Also don't forget to set storage for new resources like iron ingots, otherwise they don't know how to store them and that could be a problem. Also deliveries work only from one storate to another, so stockpiles or barns, so if you don't have peat in a storage, it won't be delivered, so it is important to have delivery skill on higher priority for NPCs in outposts.
You’re right that there is iron in the bottom right by Crasmere. There’s actually two huge nodes of it. Careful when placing your signpost there since wolves have spawned near the road and blocked by sign post (best to have one AT crasmere and one at a slightly further junction as a backup). I also put a river dock on that water for defending that outpost and village.
I imagine at some point, you'll want to have a set number of fighters to go into battle. can you have "pre-set" individuals that you want to use for battles? Also, is it possible to look at and compare all individuals equipment from a single scrollable screen, rather than go from person to person? seems like it would save a ton of time
I did it. I went thru all 35 villagers and added a number in front of their names. I had to cut off parts of their last name to work due to limits. I made all my Archers (Reservist) but still added a number in front of the names, Example: (3-Annie Fairm). Then I broke the footmen into two groups and number them 2- and 3- Example: (1-Igor Mears and 2-Hellie Mears). So when its time for battle, I call up the reservist first, Then add another group and when you look at the list you can see who to pick for group 1 and 2 so there is no confusion. ( So all people in group 1, 2 or 3 will have that number in front of the name.) It works pretty good just have to click the middle mouse button to change groups. I have Group 1 footmen rush toward the back toward the enemy archers and Group 2 footmen attack their footmen, while the archers stand back and shoot.
well, I won't be sacrificing on quality for redundant grind. I know there are a select few that like to see all, but I am unsure why you want to watch me stand there for 30 minutes building a building LOL
Also you can forage mosses in the swamp, just saying for healing salve and some research and certain build, you will need some.
Will wait until I need them then!

Good idea on the broken tools actually

Yes, you can look via a specific screen. Honestly, I forget half the areas you can manage stuff from lol

I feel like alot happened between episodes, I guess I like these builder games for all the grind and details, but still enjoying

I bought the game so now I'm going to start my own adventure
You won't be disappointed. There are some "quirks" but the grind loop is insanely addictive lol
