I've had this machine for 17 months. Well made. Good water capacity. Programmable features. I have the black one - looks great. Thermoblock heats to brew temp very quickly, ~2mins. Current recipe is Lungo expresso double shots, about 3.50:1 (~17-18 grams grounds, 62 grams total weight, 5 secs pre-infusion, typically 9-11 bars pressure, setting 205 degs F., Baratzza Vario grinder, 5-stage reverse osmosis water filter). Wife likes lattes, steams well. I like straight up expresso, double shots. Also, it dispenses hot water for tea drinkers, so everyone is happy!

I have this machine since four months but still have a very big problem with the sticking of coffee puck to the group head and nobody can't give the logical answer for that.

It's likely you are not leaving adequate space (gap) between the tamped grounds and the group head (shower screen). When hot water hits the grounds, they expand and causes pressure against the group head and sticking. Adjust the amount of grounds, and or tamp down farther to allow space. You could try using a Coffee Distribution Tool (58mm), like $20 on amazon, which gives consistent tamping results.

simply use a smaller dosage of coffee powder :| if it sticks onto the grouphead theres simply a little overfilled.
