I had a cat for 14yrs, she hated all men. My son is adamant that she hissed at him everytime he was there, the funny thing is that I never witnessed it at all. I think she was doing it behind my back. She passed away two years ago, 11-4-2021, and it still hurts. I'm so sorry for your loss.

That’s an animal that has been abused somewhere along her life and has trust and trauma issues . She’s still worthy of love. More so even. Amanda has the heart and soul needed to love on and care for all these animals despite their anger issues (Brad) lol I think Karen has actually gotten somewhat better. Dearest Karen. One time when I was a kid I met your great , great great grandmother . She approached me and then snatched and ate whole, the paddle pop ice cream that I had in my 9 year old hand. It made a surf board shape in her throat. . And then she stood there and seemed to make out like it was my fault . She was awesome. I'll never forget her. Australian animals can be like that.

My cat is like Karen, if I try to groom him or pat him for too long I get ripped to shreds. He got me a couple of weeks ago when I was trying to brush him, by the time he was finished shredding me there was blood everywhere ( mine not his ) I cleaned my arm up with alcohol wipes, it still ended up infected, but two weeks later I'm on my second course of antibiotics and the doctor thinks there may be a piece of claw still in one of the claw holes. I must be mad because I love the damn thing to death!

My cat is like Karen, if I try to groom him or pat him for too long I get ripped to shreds. He got me a couple of weeks ago when I was trying to brush him, by the time he was finished shredding me there was blood everywhere ( mine not his ) I cleaned my arm up with alcohol wipes, it still ended up infected, but two weeks later I'm on my second course of antibiotics and the doctor thinks there may be a piece of claw still in one of the claw holes. I must be mad because I love the damn thing to death!
