The name “Invincible” refers to Mark’s unbreakable spirit and sense of justice, not necessarily that he can’t be physically broken or harmed.
I mean Spider-Man’s powers are more aligned with geckos and other animals that can cling to walls than spiders since he still only has four limbs and can’t naturally produce webs in most iterations.
