Well, yes, and no, it depends on your DC. Ectra board drivers aren't assigned to any specific tractors. They use what's average every week. They're ears called programs too where 3 drivers are assigned 2 trucks, and you alternate between those two trucks each week. There's also ecom where you'll most likely get your own assigned truck, no slip seating at that point. 99% of the time, these routes and schedules are awarded by seniority through our bidding process.

So far my experience is that drivers try to leave the trucks clean. They may not be to the standard I want them personally but at least they are not nasty.
We are required to wash the outside and clean the inside of trucks for the next driver before going home.

You do 2 weeks with a driver mentor. They arent teaching you to drive they just teach u how to do things the walmart way

I havent heard anything about it so I'm not sure. What I have heard is you can not be recording yourself while the truck is moving.
