    You have amazing skills and you have an amazing ability to explain things clearly.
    in the case you showed of non-carious gingival lesions on the premolars, how was it possible to stabilize the rubber dam without another retentive clamp on the distal? in 24:02

      Thank you for your kind words. I am glad it has been a helpful webinar. To answer your question, the B4 I used was pretty stable on the actual tooth (which was the last tooth in the arch), but you can also see that there is some “block-out” resin (blue) on the bow. That resin was connected to the actual rubber dam. This helped even more to keep the clamp stable. Anything you need to do for that, needs to be done! Just get creative.

    Excellent video. I have modified other clamps including the 212, but not in the aspect of slenderizing the jaw. Using the metal annealing is also a winner. Thanks for sharing.

    I love your webinars! My one critique is the videos are too quiet! Cheers. Thank you

      Wuen you refer to “too quiet” you mean the volume of the recording? Or people not asking questions throughout the webinar? Thanks for the feedback

    Really Amazing video
    Can we modify the B4 to make their beaks little bit apically will help these clamps to be more stable ??
    What about the 44 clamp dont you think they can do tje job betther than B4 as they are more stable ??
    Thanks again for your amazing library video

    I don't have block out resin available to be at the public clinic. Can I use flowable resin instead?

    Really good content! may i know whats the advantage of sectioning the tofflemire at 25.40?

      Thanks for the kind words. We section the band for deep margin elevation. This allows the band to fit tight around the cervical portion of the tooth without using wedges. Hope this helps.

    Thank you for this informative video. I have a question, when using the help of teflon, do you put it in the sulcus before the clamp and the rubberdam or after their positioning?

    • @romerodentalseminars
      @romerodentalseminars  3 роки тому +1

      After the are positioned. Teflon “sticks” very well to tooth structure as well as fingers, so it can be tricky but once in place it works beautifully. Thanks for your kind words and question.

    Thanks very much for this great video. Eagerly awaiting the R Custom-series clamps! (Romero clamps haha). It could well be worth trying to find a manufacturer to make a set for you, nice tips.

      Swagat Devhare Yes, the clamp may be uncomfortable if it is not done.
