its an unknown quality. we presume its an original engine with 107k km on it but being unknown quality thats why we didnt increase boost over standard 10psi boost turbos are standard and have small amount of oil leaking into the exhaust hence the smoke
Are the apex seals good in that engine? Thats not a lot of power for the turbo whistling that much.

Those are basically lowish stock Dyno numbers. I'd do a compression check on that engine ASAP.
