@@johnnyboy2674 not always parents to blame. Society in general is a massive part of it. People, especially young ones are influenced so much by what is portrayed to them as cool.
Music videos, with guns and gangs all seem very glamorous to youngsters and they idolise this stuff. And if they aren’t dressed in the best clobber, they fall victim to bullying.
They crave to fit in and will join in just to not be an outcast

Its not the government's fault that kids are running around like feral rats. Where are the parents? Why don't the parents start taking responsibility for what their children are getting up to? After all, they had them, they brought them into the world. It even makes you think they only had them for the social benefits and housing that come with having kids but I suppose that's the governments fault as well.

Its not the Torys fault lad, these kids don't care about politics, they care about looking and acting like the older kids and being brainwashed by the music and films there listening to and watching, its way above labour/torys, the kids love there lives because they think its the correct way of life, you can put a boxing gym or youth centre on every corner, no one would go.. except the good kids, there needs to be a some type of legislation that states if your child is a little divvy then you should pay some type of consequense, unless you can prove in court that your a normal person who's not addicted to alcohol or drugs and allowing them to act the way their acting, these kids are little demons, male and female, tik Tok, music, tele and drugs are all ruining them, its only going to get worst..

Kids don't behave like this everywhere. As someone as now lives in Liverpool but has lived in numerous other cities, trust me the problem is MUCH worse here.
For a city that likes to bang on about how it's the best in the world, it's amazing how many don't look after it. It's by far the dirtiest I've lived in. I agree these communities aren't invested in, but if they were regenerated, how long would it be before they were ruined again.
People take no responsibility anymore and it's always someone's fault but theirs. If you live in a deprived area, try and make a difference by changing what you can. Don't make it worse and then moan you're forgotten about.
