I just watched your video and then found masses of stuff blocking my vacuum right at that point. Thank you for showing how to solve this problem really simply.
Good job Russel. Followed your instructions then low and behold, found the exact problems to the suction loss. Told the wife I had spent many hours diagnosing the electrical fault and many more hours repairing it. Now she can get back to vacuuming the floor while I sit back with a beer watching her cleaning the house. Good job Russel.
Dyson instructions useless. Thanks to you found half the plastic casing from a biro and lots of dirt, hair etc. stuck around it. Now it's working perfectly. Thank you so much for your video. You're a legend Russell.

THANK YOU!!!!! I just moved and I guess when my daughter was cleaning my old house to sell the vacuim picked up an entire clear top that goes over pump spray bottles. Weird. I cannot believe it worked at all after that. In that house the elecrical was a mess. Old wiring and they criss crossed and went wherever and popped circuits constantly. So we assumed it kept turning off every ten seconds because of that. Well it did it again today in my new place and your video helped me find the problem and SOLVE it! Yes, this is a bad design. So many things hang up ion there. Also, with pet hair, it gets trapped right in the tank where the air is sucked in...it is not a good design. I spend so much time on DISASSEMBLY
+Tami Fraley It is almost as if it has been designed to clog slowly. I wonder how many new machines have been bought by people who have had the same problem and not checked the vacuum for blockages.
For me, if I do not empty each time, the dogs hair collect right at the joint where the tube goes in the cylinder. Then if I get bigger things they all clog in that place in you video. I have cursed at that vacuum for over six years! I really do not like it.
I bought it and around the 6th time I use it, it completely stopped suctioning. I can hear the engine and all so I know isn't dead but this was the only vacuum out of 8 that I have (other brands ) that stop working & so quickly! The other vacuums keep working perfect but this one was a disappointment. This Dyson was used in a small room for a very light type of work (just to retouch the rugs & not used to pick up big mess or anything like that). It was brand new so as I check everything (the tubes, filters, etc) they were clear. I'm thinking that the problem might be coming from the inside of the unit.
Thank you very much Russell my beautiful husband past away 7 months ago so I have been learning to cope with grief and the problems with things going wrong around the house and as my son in laws can cot came around because of lock down. Watching your video I did the same and wow my Dyson works well you are a life saver thankyou Marie
I am so sorry to hear about your loss Marie. You must be devastated. I am glad that I could make things better for you in some small way. Your husband would be very proud of you! Please take care!
Thank you so much! I cleaned out the power head as others said to do but still had no luck. I was just getting ready to buy a new vacuum but thought i would check you tube once more and I found your post. Its working like a charm!!!!! I a happy Lady

Incredible tip!I have previously used a wire coat hanger to poke out blockages on this part,so I thought loss of suction was something else. After watching this video, I got hubby to unscrew the collar, and prise off the tube(yes,it is fiddly to get off) He found TWO small plastic bag clips and a pile of impacted dog hair, despite my coat hanger trick!!His comment was bleeping bleep about how could I not know I hoovered these up:( Anyway, thanks to this genius gent's easy tip,I now have restored suction and a quieter machine, after a few months of lower suction. And no repair bill!!Thank you soooo much. You are a proper star, sir.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I just told my wife I'm ready to get rid of this thing and buy a new vacuum. It's been frustrating for weeks. Found a die right where you show. Saved us hundreds! Thanks!
You Sir, have just saved me a bundle of money. I was about to chuck it out and buy a new one when I landed on your video. Such an easy fix... no drill so I just used a screwdriver. Found a bundle of my hair, cat hair, piece of thin plastic and my cat's toy mouse. LOL. Thank you so much from Canada.
Thanks to this video my Dyson CD39 is as good as new again. I had a large wood fragment lodged in that section that caused a severe plug with hair from my dogs. Without removing the top of the flexible tubing everything looked fine. But as soon as I popped it off -- voila! Thank you so much!
Thanks Russell, I ran coat hangers thru there and thought it was clear. After watching your video I followed the instructions and was amazed, like you, of what I found. My machine now works like it’s new.
I had cleaned the filters, but it was still not working correctly. We were about to order a new vacuum cleaner. But as our Dyson is not that old I decided to look up on UA-cam to see if there was any fixes, and thankfully I found your video. I must thank you very much, it's now working perfectly. Cheers 👍
A big thank you !! From Switzerland :) I followed your instructions and found this part full of dust due to two taps blocked there. Removed it, cleaned the pipe, put back in place and now... like at the very first day, it's roaring like a V12 engine ;) I will not say thank you to Dyson support, fortunately you were here with your video... many thanks again :D
I disassembled my Dc33 and thought it's because of a dysfunctional motor. Was about to get a new motor until I saw your video. Turned out, the dyson sucked in a bottle cap of a small disinfectant spray bottle. Thanks for your video to get it fixed !
Thank you ohhhh so much I’ve been fiddling with mine all day without any joy until watching your tutorial. Can you believe I found a Minnie spanner lodged in that very same cavity. Thanks again!!!!
Russell you're a bloody genius!!!! I was having exactly the same problem, and as our Dyson Ball was out of warranty we we on the verge of buying a new vacuum cleaner. But I followed your instructions, and found a plastic spool covered in fluff. Problem now solved, and I can't thank you enough!!
Many thanks for this video. I had exactly the same problem. You have saved me from buying a new cleaner. So 6 Years later this video is still helping out Dyson owners! Much appreciated from Melbourne Australia.
Thank you, thank you, thank, you. I picked up a DC39 someone was throwing out. It seemed to work ok but the beater bar didn't spin. It had caked on drywall or mortar dust inside. I took the whole cyclone assembly apart and cleaned out the venturis, everything. I stripped it down to the motor and the filter around the motor, blew out the black dust, still not working perfect. I watched your video and thought that I had checked that pipe from both ends but I didn't do a good job. I took it apart like you did and voila! Not as exciting as bubble gum and chockolate. I found a 2 1/2" long piece of wood and a plastic tip from something and some fur that a dog was missing. It works beautiful now and the beater bar works just fine. God bless.
I did the same fix on a Dyson DC54. It worked a treat. The pipe was almost completely blocked. Somone had vacummed up a pencil. All the other crap had built up around it so that it barely sucked. Now its working like a charm. I have to say that when you said it was difficult to pull the gromit off you were not wrong! I just could not get it off at all. In the end I had an otoscope (I connect it to my Mobile phone so I can check the kids ears for infections. Then I can send pictures to the GP who can pescribe antibiotics and what not - really useful when you cant see a GP face to face) that I used to check the pipe. I saw it was blocked and knew I just had to get that damn gromit off. Used a screwdriver in the end and it worked - luckily with no damage to anything. Thanks again Russell - you are a Star!
Huge Thanks SORTED. All tubes Seals & filter checked. Roller would not revolve. Stripped it fully, cleaned rebuilt. Nothing. Checked this site. 5 minutes later what a result. It's like new & saved a Dyson call out £££. Found: 20 million dog hairs, a Vic nose sniffer, & a blue plastic clothes peg. BRILLIANT bit of You Tubing Ta!
Your my hero!!! Ive been trying to figure out what was wrong with my dyson. I cleaned it, pulled off all removable parts etc. I was about to give up on it. Your wife found gum and i found a Hersheys chocolate kiss that slipped into my couch at Christmas. Thanks so much!!!!
I thought i had cleaned up this part but turned out it was absolutely full and definitely responsible for the loss of suction, it works perfectly now thank you so much !!!
I see most of the other comments are 3-4 year old but boy am I glad to have found it September 21! We share our house with a loveable but very hairy Golden Retriever. To have the vacuum not working properly was a major problem! Culprit? A chapstick backed by lots of hair! Thank you so much Russell from a couple of very happy Aussies
This is exactly what was wrong with my Dyson also. I was getting ready to take the whole thing apart for the second time in 6 months, then saw this video...Saved me hours of work. Thank you Sir!!!
Thanks for posting this video saved me throwing vacuum out of the kitchen window. Followed your instructions no chewing gum but a couple of bits of wood and a lot of fluff.
Russell, I'd like to thank you for your video. My last free vacuum that lasted 5 years died about a week ago and my l;ovely friend said she had a Dyson that I could have but from recollection last time she used it a burning smell was omitted. I noticed when I ran it with out the filter barrell the suction from the motor was fab but poor from hose. I looked up a few sites and found out about the filters wjhich made very little sdifference then I found your UA-cam. Bang on. Blockages in same place. Well done and thank you from downunder Best Regards. Phill Morris Sydney Australia
I didn't take that piece apart because I blew into the tube and air came through, so I though it was clear. Upon following your technique, however, I found and absolute mess clogged in there! Thank you!!!
Thank you sooo much for posting this video... I was tearing my hair out as my Dyson was not sucking properly....panicking about a repair cost....watched your video and fixed it myself! Thank you x
Thanks Russell you just saved us and it seems like hundreds of other people from throwing out a perfectly working vacuum! The rubber seal takes quite a bit of jiggling to get off, I didn't believe it would come off until it did.
Thanks for this video! I just got someone's vacuum there were about to recycle. Couldn't figure out what was wrong, followed your instructions . The brush is spinning. Yay!! Too bad for the guy who tossed a great vacuum.
That is the beauty of UA-cam Katie, if they had looked for the solution to the problem online, they would have saved a lot of money. You did looked and it payed dividends! Thank you for taking the time to post. :-)
Mate, BANG ON! I've pulled my DC39 apart, cyclones are all. Yet the suction was below par. I've tried using all sorts in that corner part. And this vid identified that there was a huge clog on that bend. So thank you again!
All jokes aside..you are a life saver. Just did this and found all kinds of crap jammed in there, coins, straws, enough hair to make a wig..and a bottle top. Much appreciated 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽
thanks heaps Russell. I didn't realize that rubber bit could be pulled off and I was too scared to try in case I broke it. But when I saw you can safely remove it... wow, I found so much crap in there, I'm amazed it sucked at all! Knowledge and confidence to fix your own problems yourself is a great thing.
I had gone up to the part where I unscrewed that plastic part under the bin and stopped. I was ready to take it in for service till I ran across your video Russell. Among the findings was a rubber ball, half torso of a playmobil, and a bic lighter, along with the usual dust balls. Cudos to you brother, its now working like brand spanking new!
Thank you so much for posting this Russell. I did not have a clue what to do, saw your video and it was exactly what the problem was. You have saved me so much trouble - I'm very grateful!
You saved me twice because I forgot exactly what you did. Both times I'd gotten something in that flexible connector and was able to use your video to get the stuff out. THANK YOU!!!!
I took a long plastic ziplock tie, pulled it through, nothing seems blocked, and I was about to open the whole ball chassis.... and I found this video, double checked it, it was just the that small section that was block.. Million of thanks for this. I was impatient, the ziplock tie was a half measured fix that didn´t solved anything
Thanks! Helped my mom and I out with this video (She sucked up her night mask) and thought it would be a huge deal getting it back out. Wouldn't have figured it out without your visual help there.
Thank you very much I followed your instructions and found a dice which stopped all the dirt so removed that and now works like a dream again! My wife is so pleased ha ha 👍
To be fair to Dyson, they do mention that the machine can be unblocked at that point in the suction path. Still doesn't make it any more of a good design, does it? Anyway, thanks again!
Hi Russell, thanks so much for this video, you really saved my life! Easy, quickly and well explained. My Dyson works excellent now thanks to this video. All the best and thank you once again!
Thank you so much. My dyson dc78 had a suction problem and it was clogged exactly where the hose connects with the filter just like the one on your video. I do appreciate your tutorial.
@@RussellPlatten I've taken it completely apart, down to the elector motor. That little peace I utterly missed. Turns out to be a major design flaw, judging by how many people in comments here fixed their Dyson by cleaning it.
Thank you sooo much!! I was worried about tearing the hose bit (that connects to the cylinder), as it did not 'look like' it could come off, thank you for illustrating that this could actually be done. I couldn't find any videos on the Dyson site that covered the 'cylinder/Ball/DC' particular type model. Much appreciated!
Great advice - thank you!. I managed to clear the blockage on my machine without having to prise off the connector by pushing through a stiff piece of electric flex at the top end (from an old power lead) and using a long screwdriver at the other end to pull it out at the other end . Dysons are very good but do have their weak points and even emptying this model is a pain.
You made my day. I was just about to contact Dyson customer service for a repair and saw your video passing by..fixed in a couple of minutes :-) Thank you very much sharing this information!
You just saved my sanity!! Tell your wife you’re a genius, please! I would never have taken that little part off on my own, thank you a million times over!
Brilliant that Boss! Looked at that but didn't unscrew it, fixed perfectly. Lots wedged up there, all clear airways now. Cheers, first class advice 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks a lot Russell. I had the same problem on my DC33, first I bought a new filter element but that was not the problem. But this is a good step so we have a spare part. Then I looked to your movie.I also dismantled the connector and I found a cork. Yes! Great Experience Sharing! Thanks ! Wine was also good.
Russell! You, sir, are my new best friend! I had this same suction problem with our DC39. I watched close to a half dozen videos which either did nothing too imaginative, simply doing routine cleaning of the dustbin or went to the other end of the extreme, disassembling everything, including the motor. 🤯 Your video here was the only one that showed disassembly of this little piece and that was EXACTLY where my clog had occurred. No chocolate bar in my case but a big wad of cat hair and a tube of lib balm. THANK YOU! THANK YOU for posting this video. Now go have a 🍺 pint, you genius.
Thank you -- it took me ages to separate the tube to access the blocked spot - i knew that was where the blockage was. It's back to working normally again. I see you posted your video 9 years ago! WOW - look how many people you've helped :-)
Thank you! - I had almost ordered a new assembly thinking it had to be a clog in there but before I pressed purchase I checked out your video and sure enough the clog was in the same place - sticks creating a jam of other dust.
You are a genius, thank you. Thought the motor had just lost its mojo and was going to give up on it, but this was the problem. Works like new again now!
Thanks Russell! I found a AA battery and a clothespin stuck in there. Excellent video got right to the point and the title is perfect too -- "Dyson DC39 not sucking." I found your vid straight away and was done in less than five minutes.
Very helpful video. Visually that place looked ok for me, but after removing the pipe and giving a good shake I found a whole almond blocking the way. Works really great again.
Thank you SO much! It had half of a clothing pin down there, which had clogged up the whole thing with dust and a tissue. Very good video! Thanks from 🇧🇪
Thank you Russell! Machine made a ratling sound, could not find where it came from and suction was poor. A pencil and a lot of dust was in there, must have been there for a long time because I could not believe the power of the machine when I removed the crap. Like new again, was almost ready to call Dyson repair but no need anymore. Merry Christmas!
You are a Godsend to all the mama's out there with non-sucking Dyson hoovers, I managed to fix this in 3 minutes and took out about half a kilo of cereals dust, Legos, a small pencil and a couple of magnets for good measure! Thanks for saving our sanity and putting back money in our pockets.
Thanks so much! My grandma's one hasn't worked for 6 months and I decided to give it another look and the whole house was in that flat rubber section haha! Thanks again!
6/10/2015. brilliant instruction, followed your advice, flexible contraction completely blocked with window key, pencil and all the gunge attached to it, job done.many thanks
Thank you so much, Russell. Scrubbed everything else and even used a wire in the area you worked on and not a spec of dust came out. However, as soon as I unscrewed that top plastic part and then yanked the rubber piece off, I could see a huge lump wrapped around a small piece of wood. Was just about to buy another vacuum, so fair play to you!
17.40 .. Exactly the problem I've just fixed thanks to your video. Thought I was gonna have to buy a new vacuum. Couldn't believe the amount stuck in that small area..not only alot of hair and fluff, but two clothes pegs. It was difficult to get the section apart and I nearly gave up. A squirt of WD40 was the answer. Hoover is sucking like a dream now 😊. Thanks again
Thanks Russel, wife just had same issue and bless her took everything apart and cleaned the filter to no joy. Your vid just sorted the problem, thanks for sharing!
I had exactly the same problem. Wife wanted to throw away poor hoover that was just blocked . Many thanks for making that video and helping me resolve that very quickly. Once again thanks
What a star you are for posting this. Thanks so much. We too were about to give up and in 10 minutes had sorted it according to your brilliant instructions. Good to go!

God bless.
Glad to help! :-)
Glad I could help Chris! :-)
Glad I could help Alan! :-)
You are welcome Maryann. Thank you for taking the time to comment. :-)
Glad I could help Jack. Hope you are enjoying the first days of spring down under! :-)
Many thanks Russell, you may have made this video 3 years ago but has just helped me with this exact problem. Hoover now good as new.
This is exactly what was wrong with my Dyson also. I was getting ready to take the whole thing apart for the second time in 6 months, then saw this video...Saved me hours of work. Thank you Sir!!!
You are welcome Stephen. :-)
Thank you so much, I washed my filter AND found a blockage exactly where you showed. Sorted in 5 mins flat, including watching your video.
:-)
After spending ages cleaning it all out, seeing this video worked a treat, didn't think it would have been that but it workes. Cheers
Glad it helped Tim! :-)
Thanks for posting this video saved me throwing vacuum out of the kitchen window. Followed your instructions no chewing gum but a couple of bits of wood and a lot of fluff.
Glad it helped Tom! :-)
Well done and thank you from downunder
Best Regards. Phill Morris Sydney Australia
Glad to help Phill. Stay safe down there! :-)
I didn't take that piece apart because I blew into the tube and air came through, so I though it was clear. Upon following your technique, however, I found and absolute mess clogged in there! Thank you!!!
:-)
Thank you sooo much for posting this video... I was tearing my hair out as my Dyson was not sucking properly....panicking about a repair cost....watched your video and fixed it myself! Thank you x
+Emily Adams Well done Emily! Glad I could help.
Thanks Russell you just saved us and it seems like hundreds of other people from throwing out a perfectly working vacuum! The rubber seal takes quite a bit of jiggling to get off, I didn't believe it would come off until it did.
Glad to help Mark! :-)
I pulled apart the entire motor searching for a solution...thanks to your video I solved the problem! Thanks Russell, very much appreciated!!!
Glad I could help! :-)
Glad I could help Casey! :-)
All jokes aside..you are a life saver. Just did this and found all kinds of crap jammed in there, coins, straws, enough hair to make a wig..and a bottle top. Much appreciated 👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Glad I could help Kyle! :-)
thanks heaps Russell. I didn't realize that rubber bit could be pulled off and I was too scared to try in case I broke it. But when I saw you can safely remove it... wow, I found so much crap in there, I'm amazed it sucked at all! Knowledge and confidence to fix your own problems yourself is a great thing.
+Neil .the Not So Brave That is the beauty of UA-cam Neil!
Glad to help. :-)
Thank you so much for posting this Russell. I did not have a clue what to do, saw your video and it was exactly what the problem was. You have saved me so much trouble - I'm very grateful!
+Malcolm Hanson Glad I could help Malcolm. Thank you for your comment:-)
You saved me twice because I forgot exactly what you did. Both times I'd gotten something in that flexible connector and was able to use your video to get the stuff out. THANK YOU!!!!
+Julie Rabinovitz Glad I could help again Julie! :-)
Glad you managed to fix it Emanulito! :-)
Thanks! Helped my mom and I out with this video (She sucked up her night mask) and thought it would be a huge deal getting it back out. Wouldn't have figured it out without your visual help there.
***** :-)
1:46 you are a life saver!! Thank you a lot for making this video! I would never believe that this part will pull off.
Glad I could help Luca! :-)
Thank you very much I followed your instructions and found a dice which stopped all the dirt so removed that and now works like a dream again! My wife is so pleased ha ha 👍
:-)
A perfect fix for a problem that's been bugging me for months. A real design flaw, isn't it?
Thanks very much indeed!
I reckon they get a lot of sales because of it!
You're welcome José! :-)
Excellent video, the joy of seeing all the blockage come out of the wee hose was amazing.
Yes David, it is very satisfying!
Fantastic!!! We found a klip-it thing blocking our bit. You have saved us the risk of a repair bill or buying a new one. Thank you!!
You are welcome :-)
Thank you so much. My dyson dc78 had a suction problem and it was clogged exactly where the hose connects with the filter just like the one on your video. I do appreciate your tutorial.
Glad it helped! :-)
Nice. Had exactly the same case. Fixed it. Thanks mate.
Glad I could help! :-)
:-)
Great advice - thank you!. I managed to clear the blockage on my machine without having to prise off the connector by pushing through a stiff piece of electric flex at the top end (from an old power lead) and using a long screwdriver at the other end to pull it out at the other end . Dysons are very good but do have their weak points and even emptying this model is a pain.
Good job! Thank you for taking the time to comment. :-)
You made my day. I was just about to contact Dyson customer service for a repair and saw your video passing by..fixed in a couple of minutes :-) Thank you very much sharing this information!
I am glad that I could brighten up your day! :-)
You just saved my sanity!! Tell your wife you’re a genius, please! I would never have taken that little part off on my own, thank you a million times over!
Glad I could help Sherry! :-)
Brilliant that Boss! Looked at that but didn't unscrew it, fixed perfectly. Lots wedged up there, all clear airways now. Cheers, first class advice 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Glad I could help Pete! :-)
Glad it helped Bernard! :-)
Can't explain the joy of seeing the culprit once I opened it up thank you Russell
+Chris Antoniou Thank you Chris:-)
You’re a gem Russ! This saved my dc54. The rubber quite a bit tougher and maybe not 100% back on but great suction has returned. Thank you
LOL - Glad I could help! :-)
Thank you -- it took me ages to separate the tube to access the blocked spot - i knew that was where the blockage was. It's back to working normally again. I see you posted your video 9 years ago! WOW - look how many people you've helped :-)
Glad I could help Laura! It is good to be able to assist people in some small way. :-)
Thank you! - I had almost ordered a new assembly thinking it had to be a clog in there but before I pressed purchase I checked out your video and sure enough the clog was in the same place - sticks creating a jam of other dust.
HydroZenith I reckon Dyson do well out of these blockages!
I was about to go out and buy a new vacuum cleaner until watching this video, thank you ever so much!!! Saved me hundreds and hundreds of pounds!
Glad I could help Ashley. :-)
Cheers Russ, exactly what the problem was. 5 minute job and my missus thought I was a genius. Excellent
Glad to help you get a few brownie points in with the missus! :-)
You are a genius, thank you. Thought the motor had just lost its mojo and was going to give up on it, but this was the problem. Works like new again now!
Thank you for taking the time to comment Kevin. :-)
Thanks Russell! I found a AA battery and a clothespin stuck in there. Excellent video got right to the point and the title is perfect too -- "Dyson DC39 not sucking." I found your vid straight away and was done in less than five minutes.
Glad I could help Scott! :-)
Very helpful video. Visually that place looked ok for me, but after removing the pipe and giving a good shake I found a whole almond blocking the way. Works really great again.
Glad it is all sorted out Olga. :-)
Thanks so uch Russell! Our DC39 was clogged with a dustball in exactly the same place - thanks to dust, sellotape and the top from a suncream bottle!
Glad I could help Richard! :-)
Thank you SO much! It had half of a clothing pin down there, which had clogged up the whole thing with dust and a tissue.
Very good video!
Thanks from 🇧🇪
Glad I could help Thomas! :-)
Merry Christmas to you too. Glad I could help! :-)
Glad I could help Reka! :-)
Thanks so much! My grandma's one hasn't worked for 6 months and I decided to give it another look and the whole house was in that flat rubber section haha! Thanks again!
You should be proud of yourself for helping your Grandma Leonard! Well done! Thank you for your comment. :-)
Thanks
Thank you so much for this, I was ready to take my vacuum to a repair shop and was not looking forward to the bill. This video did the trick!
Glad it helped Shelley! :-)
6/10/2015. brilliant instruction, followed your advice, flexible contraction completely blocked with window key, pencil and all the gunge attached to it, job done.many thanks
+Michael Swinton You're welcome Michael.
Glad to help Conor :-)
Another +1 from me Russell. Found a piece of brick from 2+ months back and a lot of clogged up debris. Kudos to you.
Thank you, I'm glad I could help. :-)
Glad I could help! :-)
Thanks Russel, wife just had same issue and bless her took everything apart and cleaned the filter to no joy. Your vid just sorted the problem, thanks for sharing!
+Wayne Drury You are welcome Wayne :-)
I had exactly the same problem. Wife wanted to throw away poor hoover that was just blocked . Many thanks for making that video and helping me resolve that very quickly.
Once again thanks
Glad I could help! :-)
What a star you are for posting this. Thanks so much. We too were about to give up and in 10 minutes had sorted it according to your brilliant instructions. Good to go!
Glad I could help Jill. :-)
Russell you're a lifesaver thank you. I was about to toss my vacuum after a year of frustration but found your video just in time
Glad I could help Mike! :-)
thanks a lot russell! i lost all hope on being able to solve this issue by myself until i watched your video! you saved me quite a money! legend!
Glad I could help! :-)
