    Peter, I signed up for the Plant-based success Academy. I have been vegan for 5 years. I think this is the best path to becoming a plant-based consumer. I wish I'd had this academy when I was getting started. It allows a person to skip over the pitfalls that I had to endure. There is so much to learn and you have done a great job of making it succinct and simple. Congratulations. I hope you do well. I'm telling all my friends about your channel.

    You almost lost me at having pineapple on your pizza, but I don't think that's what it was?
    And YES, the whole grains are so overlooked for protein! Great point. I've actually switched my oats to a ten grain hot cereal.
