    Hi,
I am a adult beginner swimmer, I find it very difficult to breathe while swimming. I gasp for air and eventually have my legs sinking. The other challenge is when i blow air from my nose my head hurts and i am not able to inhale a lot of air per stroke. I panic when water is near my nose. Can you suggest some simple drills from this video that i could practice?

In challenge 5, my legs would sink when I came out to breathe...any advice on that? Thanks a mill!

That’s part of physics, you can avoid that. Try to empathise on keeping your chin on the water when breathing to reduce the amount your legs sink. 👆🏼💭🤔

What are those discs that you are using?? I like them as a prerequisite for kick boards!
